  1. To be honest if I were only going carry 2-3 rods I would choose the Champion line. However, if I were going to build an "arsenal" the only champion series rod I would use is the cranking rod rod. Even then a 3 powered savvy/fury would suffice. Anything bottom contact (fliping, pitching, dragging, punching, etc) I would /w the Champion Extreme and use the Savvy's for anything moving. I'm huge fan of the champ 705 cb glass so i would have to have that rod. The champion series is a good rod but it's more of a "utility" rod. It's not going to "wow" you but it does what it needs to do pretty well.
  2. The ones with water
  3. So this is happening.....
  4. John Gillespie...hands down. Nobody has ever made me dislike the products they endorse more than that man. For all of you that enjoyed the Fenwick ET smallmouth, you could rightfully blame him for their decline due to his show.
  5. 8-0 on my picks so far! not confident on picking either game next week. Should be awesome football. Peyton looked sharp. Brady vs manning will be the talk of the network all week. 4 best teams in the league next week!
  6. Phil Simms: "Roby noticed he was carrying the ball a little loose so he tries to punch it out" yeah...because they dont try to strip it every single tackle....idiot
  7. FG good... and......game....maybe
  8. Always use rod/reel covers. Cheapest investment you can make to prolong a rods longevity and protect it from unnecessary damage. I personally use all rod/reel covers from "the rod glove". Ive used housebrand rod covers and they were poor quality. Cabelas makes good reel covers though.
  9. Hey..look what happens when you catch the ball Denver...good drive! i agree Kubiaks system is the so pedestrian and boring i just cant see it working post peyton era
  10. Jesus they are drop happy. Peyton putting right there
  11. Ben is definitely not looking hobbled
  12. Because your wanting of an unnecessary extra moving part in something very few would see a benefit in having is a waste of added weight/extra mechanics in a bass fishing reel. your reasoning behind wanting one is because a "normal" line counter isnt accurate. Hate to break it to you but the same type of counter or even a less quality one would more than likely be added to a bass fishing reel. You want something that gives you the most accurate reading...again walk it off with a tape measurer. You will know for certain its accurate then.
  13. Have a feeling that wildcat call was all kubiak...
  14. Peyton looking good so far
  15. Hobbled big ben and no brown...denver all the way
  16. Jumping over line on the kneel down...really classy SEA..morons.
  17. Nail biter. Play calling for CAR offense is odd. They really let up. Dont tjink it was them playing poorly. They just let them take thise short passes and kept them in bounds. and...game good win CAR
  18. Odd play call..i think? First down forces them to them to use thei last TO and pretty much ends th game. Weird
  19. First down pretty much ends it
  20. This will be down right embarassing for CAR if they lose this....like go into hiding move your team embarassing
  21. CAR really taking to foot off the gas but man are they eating that clock up.
