DD cranks have lots of drag and you really need appropriate/specific equipment for fishing DD cranks. Options are extremely limited for tiny DD cranks. You can throw DD cranks on spinning outfits if you really want to but you need the correct rod to do so.

Inexpensive is a relative term....Most SB are in the 6$-10$ range. The Walmart 1$ spinnerbaits catch fish but you are getting what you pay for. I like the War Eagle Finesse you can find at Walmarts for around 6$. My favorites are the Terminator T1(10$) and EcoPro Tungsten Rapid Fire (8.50$). Eco Pro is probably my favorite.

If you are wanting to stay on the lower end of the price range being you're interested in the Mojo, I would choose both the NEW mojo on the SCIII blank or the Dobyns Fury over the Savvy. St. Croix. Dobyns, and Loomis all have top notch customer service. No idea about Denali's reputation.

Fluorocarbon is a hard, dense line that, the more quality line(and harder), transmits vibration on a slack line better. Brand has zero "slack line sensitivity" because it is for the most part a 0 density line. If the only fluorocarbon you've used is something like InvisX, I could understand where you are coming from. Thus...tight line-braid will always win and a slack line-fluorocarbon.
