CP maybe it it time to change it up and think outside the box. Fish something you don't normally throw, maybe change size and/or color of a presentation that has produce the 5 in the past. Sometimes smaller is better, a 4" senko or finesse worm. Bedding fish aren't as fun as IMO pre and post fish that are hungry. If there coming off beds throw a popper or buzzbait. For spinning anything Pflueger for the reel, President, Purist should do you good then get a BPS carbonlite, Powell or a *** spinning rod.

Carbonlite is a sweet rod. Love mine. Light, sensative, great price.

I know what u mean I get to go out 2-3 times a week but only for an hour or so at a time....caught the from 5:50-7 am total, they all came within 30 minutes of each other. I think top 5 cumulative length over 30 days would be cool.

Rig them weightless and fish them like teal recommended, if that don't work then play around. I found the other day keeping them up on top, and almost steady retrieve would draw strikes. sometimes dragging bottom, sometimes just a big sweep and long pause does the trick.

Yeah he has been pretty good this year. It amazes me how a change of teams can turn a player around, new coachs, new persepctives I guess.

Finally got out this morning to a proven spot. Fished some topwater and a senko, which I never do because I am too cheap but I got these 4" blue pearl with holo/black flake on sale. I know right, some color I never heard of but wanted to try the original GYB. So I planned to use a hard bait mainly, but went to plan b the senko. Landed this beauty, what I believe is my personal best thus far. It was so hard to measure and photograph, my tape is autoclose and only 24" but she was a legit 22" when I had the tape all lined up nice and tight. Next I got ont that was 15" not bad and a while later I landed this one which measured 21" I believe. On the same as above. I never landed a fish over 20" on anything other than a Grande Bass Rattlesnake and well GYB changed that today LOL So I guess my top two for this week is 43 Inches

Deffinately a good one FSTR! Been out twice to a new pond for an hour each trip. no luck the first time and this last time I lost a decent one, had to leave about the time I figured out what they were liking. Gonna try more proven waters maybe tomorrow and Sunday and give you guys a little competition;)
