  1. I use a MH/F plenty of backbone for the longest hookset using mono for me.
  2. X2 Same here, the Carbonlite is awesome. You will love it too.
  3. I wanna see Halladay return to form, there are a fair share of skeptics out there though, don't see any merit for their doubts. Yeah good too see those guys healthy and looking young. Now I just want Howard to join the party but by the looks of the score board neither happened tonight
  4. Grubs are what I use to start with instead of the top water during the cooler months here. Then I go back over the area slow with a t-rigged creature.
  5. My head to head I have Weiters, Flowers(on the bench today ), J-Up, and CarGo....Hrs aren't a problem. How about Darvis's Gem, in my Rot. league I drafted him as my ace, and have Cahill, not too bad. I don't understand the Rot. league scoring yet? LOL
  6. I gave up on my scale and just measure....17inches or bigger get a photo if I remember. LOL
  7. Ok, I gotcha so you deffinately are located near some of the older more developed ponds. You shouldn't have too much trouble finding nice fish up there.
  8. Nice fish man. What did you hook them on today?
  9. Dark color T-rigged 10" ribbon tails move a lot of water, Vibe worms from zoom or bitters, Vibe craws.
  10. Horny toad followed by a trick worm or rattlesnake.
  11. Speaking of Pontiacs my wifes first new car was a Silver Pontiac Sunfire. She/We had 17 inch white team dynamics wheels on it, with falken tires I think. An adjustable coil over kit and a RK Sport body kit with the ram air hood. The interior had the white gages, a shi, blue led pedals, an alpine stereo that match the blue/silver/white theme and JL audio high, mids and lows in the doors and rear. I got old pretty quick, just a pain with the kits and lowering and keeping it clean. She got a SVT Focus next which she drove then I inherited it, I loved that car. It was way more fun to drive than the sunfire. LOL
  12. Was it a new pond to you, ever fish it before? And just out of curiousity do you hang every fish on your scale? LOL
  13. Nice ride A-Jay. I also like the the G8 but my favorite modern pontiac would be the Firebird with the LT1 and Ram Air hood. Sad that there is no more Pontiac.
  14. They made a wagon and pickup versions too lol
  15. I totally dig muscle cars too. I lived not to far from budds creek in md and Friday nights that is where we would be, of course it was the late 90's and a crx with a gsx swap and turbo was what I thought was cool but now a days with 4 kids a 64 409 belair is my type a deal there. It seats 6 easy and GOES to get those groceries. So in 69 the Chevelle ran a 396 the judge was a 396 also, the 402 was in 70 right? Which one woulda won at the strip.
  16. Not bad. I was always partial to Pontiacs though like me the judge front grill and deck spoiler better. Chevy's styling look like grandma would drive it lol.
  17. The one with wood trim is smoking. Lol
  18. The Porsche hybrid was quoted 795 but they are try to push 820's outta itDon't know McLarens plans with this one but the F1 was actually a pretty decent endurance and touring car. It competed in the JTC and enduros in Japan and Europe. Granted the price at the time was like 5 times what a NSX or GTR cost that was racing against it.
  19. http://autos.yahoo.com/blogs/motoramic/pitch-angeles-c-j-wilson-1-15-million-212049250.html This article also cements my dislike for ferrari. Porsche and Corvette always had more class. The Mazda is sweet, those cup races are awesome to watch, puts "rubbing is racing" to a whole new level. But the McLaren is amazing. little more info.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McLaren_P1 and look here porsche fans this is a equally sick car.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Porsche_918
  20. Zoom Ultravibe craw and I just got the Culprit Incredi-craw a month or so ago and like those so far.
  21. MCS replied to Felix77's topic in Fishing Tackle
I use the standard count down and most of the time I count to my depth then steady retrieve. it works but that is just me. You can also yo-yo it too and it is a slower drop than say a lipless.
  22. Great games from most of my starters, Ceuto looked nice. But Hammels well man, what can I say he looked like doo-doo.
  23. Nice fish man.
  24. Welcome man...It has been some good fishing lately. Nice catches. Where are you located? If your down here in southern Duval or northern St Johns most these ponds are 3-7 years old so catching a 10# around here isn't likely. And you probably have the pig of the pond when you pull out that 5 or 6 pounder. Check out the ponds up north, mayo clinic, UNF/towncenter area, use google earth to date them. Check your InBox.
  25. Online for most everything but if you find a local shop they may carry a local bait companies lures. Online I go with Gandermountain because they are free shipping no matter what, and another website L.B.F. because they have very good sales all the time, most everything I want and some colors that Tackle warehouse doesn't have. Locally StrikeZone is almost as good as it gets. They carry gambler and bitters.
