  1. Probably be tough reeling in dragging tackle through it, even tougher dragging a fish.

  3. Still HOT today!! Average WYCO size but quantity was awesome. And it is close to home.
  4. Wyco was HOT this morning !!! fished from 7:30 to 11:00 and caught 35-40 bass. Most Wyco average size of 12 to 14 but did have 5 keeper LM. Smallmouth were hammering pop-Rs and LM hungered for the Ned. Lots of fish had the 17 year bugs in their craw.

  6. Found this in my garden today, wasn't there yesterday so guessing less than a day old. Leaving plenty of space in case momma sees me out there!
  7. Anybody been to Leavenworth State Lake recently? Wondering what the water level and clarity is like.
  8. Made it back from Rainy Lake. Had a great trip and caught plenty of fish!
  9. Used boats are a gamble, just make sure to find one that is clean. If the previous owner kept it clean he probably took care of maintenance as well.
  10. All most got everything packed and ready.......Saturday bright an early heading out for Rainy Lake, Ontario for six days of smallmouth and northern pike fishing....

  13. Anybody know anything about the small lake just east of Lawrence next to I70? I see boats on it occasionally, is it a public or private water?
  14. Sears Craftsman has a pretty nice VOM for less than $20. I like the one I got there.
  15. Smallmouth bite was great Tuesday on Wyco. No hawgs but quantity was good. Largest I caught was 16 inches most were 13 to 14, still had a fun day fighting those brown fish.
  16. The two oil bottles in picture are exactly the same oil. Only the package label has been "improved" on the new one. So dump in the new oil and go fishing....
  17. Put motor down so water drains out. I put a block of wood under the skeg and lower until skeg touches wood to help take pressure off transom.
  18. First thing I would do is get the tach fixed.
  19. Wow! You really did need new seats. They look awesome.
  20. Wyco opened Saturday, I couldn't make it then but went out Sunday managed a limit of trout (gave to neighbors as I wouldn't eat them) also caught two small LMB.

  22. Made it to Leavenworth State Lake today. NO ice lake is clear as is the water.
  23. Praying for a full recovery.
