  1. I caught 3 last week on a spitin image. It was mid day and sunny. I had 3 others on and lost them and a few blow ups that resulted in misses
  2. I was throwing one of the swimbaits that I bought from Bronzefly. with less that 10 casts under my belt, I hook somthing big. I am not worried cause Im loaded for bear heavy rod 50 pound braid. When it shows its self Its 40 plus inch Musky. When the musky sees the boat, he shifts into four wheel low and thats when my braid let go..... I dont think it was a bad knot, maybe nicked up line from my last outing with the swimbait. anyway if anyone catches a big musky with a swimbait in its mouth at moraine let me know
  3. im thinking a one ounce jig or heavy tube jig or a silver buddy
  4. I wouldnt be scared to give it a go. Thanks for the updates I dont think we will be hitting the river this week so if PIB or Moraine or Shenango are open we might take a run up.
  5. in may Id say pre spawn the water is probaly in the low 50's. there puttin the feed bag on thats for sure.
  6. Why not, Id probaly be there anyway
  7. I worked for chrysler for the last 13 years as a sales person, up until the dealer that I worked for had his franchise pulled after almost 30 years of service to the area. anyway those are good buggys, It was probaly a lease or rental. dont let the rental thing bother you. but keep in mind its now 2010. 2011 buggys are out now so its like 5 years old and may be out of bumper to bumper warranty and the year may limit the time you can finance it for. (if needed) Also, they had a awd transfer case option available which chugs fumes. it was awd all the time. other than that I sold lots of those and drove them as a demo many times. I had lots of happy customers who bought them.
  8. Camacho Gigante lots of them....
  9. i was close
  10. Alcohol is a depressant. Jager and Redbull would give you the upper downer combo you mentioned.
  11. went on a charter last june, 6 limits caught trollong. All good eaters, a few magnums.
  12. That dude went wild hog hunting with only a knife. thats hardcore......
  13. I think the negative feedback was overkill. I am sure the seller would of given you your money back and let you keep the reel in order to avoid negative feedback. I see leaving negative feedback as a last resort. I agree that you should of contacted him first.
  14. I love heavy smokes and by far my fav is Camacho. www.socialcigar.com

  17. There are alot of factors,,, coolers temps rain/current water color water level different water can be fished just to name a few...
  18. 15 pounds a day is correct....if yer guessin the total weight of the lures lost to snags per day my guess is if you got 7 to 8 pounds after 2 days you will be fishing for a million. my bud just finished 2nd in a tourney out of the mon with just over 6 pounds and that was with a 6 fish limit and nintey some boats in the field.
  19. I was down at my local fishin hole on the allegheny last evening throwing a buzzer around the boat launch ramp. I hear the buzz of a boat coming off plane and it heads in toward the boat ramp. From behind me a trailer backs in the water attached to a truck that has Lazer Lure decals all over it. Ike trailerd his boat right next to me then right after him was Fritts. It was cool as hell to see those guys I didnt bother them cause they both looked like they were pretty beat down. I think Ill be there agian tonight
  20. those 13-15 pound bags were correct only they were with a 10 fish limit. There are some decent sized fish around but mostly these guys will be hunting a limit of legal fish. and dont let the size fool you these river smallies are hard to keep hooked and will fight till the end. just ask Aaron Martens.
