Pearl white senkos. I need to venture out and learn some other techniques. I think that jigs and crankbaits and spinnerbaits are next.Went out this morning and looks like they sectioned off the back 1/3 of the lake. So fishing on the top 2/3 shouldn't be affected too much. I got 2 small ones by the lilly pads.Only one way to find out!!I've never fished around the airport before, but I suspect that you should be able to fish at Gravelly Point (just north of the airport off the GW Parkway). A lot of people launch their boats from there.Bobby, that is interesting. I would like to hear your theories about the different color egg sack and how that would work differently from other stick baits with colors on the end. BTW, I love your products! I also got it on sale so I cannot complain about the price. I like my reel a lot and it seems to be well built. I don't get a lot of backlashes except for the few times when I try to launch a light bait clear across the lake. But on heavier weights < 3/8oz it casts great. The main thing to be aware of is that the line should be under tension when winding.Chicken liver will definitely do it. It smells bloody and horrible....and the cats love it. But it will be hard to keep them on the hook since they are so soft. You can try 1/2 freezing them and making them firmer.I've often heard about the amazing service from BPS. I wonder how they handle situations when the models have changed or no longer in production.I know right? That bass looks familiar to me...I also have the Fishing Buddy 120. It is a pretty nice portable unit.Is it possible to fish the Occoquan Reservoir from the bank? If so, where would be the best areas to try?
