Fished six mile today, caught them on a tilapia colored drop shot worm with chat. dipped tail.... Find the flats and the drains going through them, fish the mouths, The fish were noticeable on the graph and so were the shad 17ft in creeks and 25-35ft main lake

I caught a few fish Wednesday, I still couldn't get them to bite deep. Caught my fish 5 for 12# fishing a white swim jig around hay grass and throwing a spro little john in cell mate color on main points in six mile. It was real windy and rough with almost a due west wind that I tried to stay out of.. but i fished toledo the same way i would have rayburn..... find ditches to and from haygrass cranks deeper in the ditch swim jigs shallower, they are definately on the shad, bluegill colored baits did not work for me.....

Hey guys its been a while! Guess my lack of posting is because I haven't been fishing...Guy at work had knee replacement surgery and I've been working almost every one of my days off.....Now , come to find out another guy I work with has prostate cancer, so there is no end in sight to the end of overtime.... There is only 4 of us that work shift and cover the plant 24/7 so when one is missing its hard to find time off....good luck guys....tight lines

Guys with atlas jack plate problems, atlas jackplate problems I have just dealt with the same thing on my new atlas jackplate. Troubleshot the controls and every component on the system. I found some problems with the motor, and it seems like there are a lot of problems with these TH marine jackplates. Atlas warranty costs you 400$ because you have to pay for shipping and labor but parts are free.......But mine was out of warranty, so I repaired mine versus buying a new one..... So I'm starting a business of fixing the motors on these for 225$ return shipping included with a 1 day turn around time, if I cant fix it, it costs you nothing...... a new eha actuator cost 600-900$. someone is going to get some good deals on rods, I'm a loyal person of principle, and i don't care to support shimano anymore. The only way i would be happy is if they would buy all the rods back from me that they are not offering the lifetime warranty anymore....

Rods are great, I bought the rods when they (BPS & GANDER MTN & ACADEMY) did the over the counter lifetime warranty swap. Now no one hardly carries the cumara line except online retailers and BPS and they dont swap them out without buying a 2 year protection plan or something. Which is not a real big problem, you have to ship them to shimano directly when you break them.... The rods are great and I bought them on the promise of a lifetime warranty, now they have done away with the lifetime warranty (and not decreased the price) its only a 1 year warranty......i have rods that i use 1 month out of the year (rattletrap), one year warranty is not for me....so thats why i am swapping, the main reason i invested soo much money in shimano rods was the great warranty, and its gone now, so i think i found a good brand of rod to replace them. i swapped all shimano reels when the company came out with the crap they caled a g7 i went to lews, now they ticked me off again with the rods and i want to get rid of the brand all together....high end rods are light and sensitive, but ive found that comes with a price of durability, i dont want to start the rod warranty debate, but if i am fishing and i break a rod on a hookset im sending it back for warranty replacement, if i slam it in a rod locker, i will buy another one or pay the replacement cost......shimano said they had too much abuse with their warranty program and did away with it......cumaras cost 250-280 to the consumer it cost them 40-60$ to make in china if that, they can warranty the same rod 8 times before they lose the profit. rant over sorry.....
