Look At This Trokar Treble I Got
I didn't see where he said he ordered them. And a nice way to remedy a problem is to give the customer the product they ordered. Good customer relations does not mean giving more product for nothing, sorry. I cannot stand people thinking that just because a company makes a mistake it entitles them to give more than what you originally purchased, unless of course the customer is perfect and never makes mistakes then i can understand the feeling.

Or they could say since there are only two in a pack you could have easily seen this as an issue prior to purchasing. I hate this mentality of getting more because of a mistake... Anyways, either take it back to where it was purchased or contact them directly and i am sure they will take care of you.

The Road To The Super Bowl
Everyone knows my distaste for the patriots but that phantom pass interference call at the end was pretty horrible and basically gave them the game

Crankbait Reel Under $100
I have been using the BPS PQ for about a year now for cranking in the 4.7:1 ratio and I have no complaints. It has definitely exceeded my expectations, especially for a "house" brand reel. I would not hesitate to get another one.

Can't Get Largemouth In The Winter!
I also want to throw out there that downsizing hasn't produced any more for me than larger baits. My theory is the bass don't eat nearly as often in the cold due to the slower metabolism so if i can chuck a big bait out there, fish it slow they will be more apt to eat it as it has more value for the energy expended. Well....at least it makes sense to me

The Road To The Super Bowl
yeah you are pretty much on it except I would personally take out the pats and add in the chiefs and the saints and even though the ravens started out shaky don't count them completely out just yet.

Can't Get Largemouth In The Winter!
How cold is it, have you taken a temp of the water? Bottom line is if it isn't frozen then it is above 32 degrees and hardly cold enough to kill a bass. Cold water won't kill a bass as they are cold blooded. As long as there is oxygen they will live. They will be in different locations and i prefer vertical type cover that allows them to move up and down the water column as needed.

Can't Get Largemouth In The Winter!
Slow down to the point of being painfully slow and search areas thoroughly. A few feet in another direction can be the difference between getting bit or not. It is not uncommon for me to take longer than five minutes on a retrieve if am confident there are fish nearby. I also will fish shallow which i know goes against conventional wisdom but it works for me and i have caught fish in 39 degree water less than 4' deep. Bites in the cold are harder to get but i have found them to be more quality.

The Road To The Super Bowl
Washington may put up yards but they struggle with points as they are in the bottom half of the league there. And strongest arm in the league....yeah i could see the argument but with his accuray down this year it doesn't matter much and combine that with all the drops and they have some work to do. I like morris as long as he stays north south and doesn't try to get all fancy. He is a bruiser and needs to keep it that way. Seattle is tough at home especially. All i can hope for is they get complacent since they have pretty much everything wrapped up already and then the eagles sneak into the playoffs and steal a victory

Anyone Been Out Lately In Virginia
Might want to double check but you probably still need a VA license to fish the majority of those lakes in addition to the $10 to fish pass.

Braid For Cranks?
i use the 8lb diameter power pro super slick on a cranking specific rod and i like it a lot, more than when i used flouro. I don't really think the whole flouro sinks, braid floats argument is to relevant in a moving bait. More important is line diameter as a the smaller the diameter the further it will dive. I just tie a snap on to the braid and i am good with different cranks all day long.

Anyone Recognize This Jig? Who Makes It?
Is that a lugged frame too? I used to have an old bridgestone MB1 with a lugged frame that i am still kicking myself for getting rid of it...i sold it for more than i paid for it but that thing was a piece of history...

Snagged A Carp Today
I have never caught a carp in cold weather but i know in warm weather they fight like a beast and especially if they are snagged. I don't think 49 is that cold really so maybe he was just bored

Jon Boat In Ct Lakes
A 10' foot jon boat with two people would be a nightmare in my opinion. I am thinking hard about getting a twin troller myself as many of the lakes around here are electric only.
