I'm kinda in the middle of the road atm..I've used Grammys for years and never had any problems whatsoever..but I tried trokar about a year ago and wow by far best hook I've ever used..the major diff is when U hook the fish they hookup alot better..but the downside for me is that when resetting my hook on the plastics seems it tear them up twice as fast..seems like i go through alot more plastic..I use both and both are fine..only reason I'm using trokar a cause I got alot of them free..but if I were a tournament fisherman I'd use trokar in tourneys..

Just don't want you buying alot of rapalas right now spending a ton of cash..but rapalas are great too..didn't want to make it sound like they weren't.

The kvd 1.5 and 2.5 are about the best in my opinion..I've fished crankbaits forever and there hard to beat..bomber square a's are very good too..I'd say start with the kvds but I'd also say there the best so just try some out and see what you think..rapala makes good crankbaits too but there very expensive and I think the kvds are better.

Yep I was avoiding these myself since Ive already starting restocking for spring ..but I guess I'm gonn have to pick some up soon

I catch more fish on the fluke than any other bait..but I don't catch alot of big fish with them..

Which colors gonna pick up two packs..im for sure gonna get green pumpkin pearl belly..but what other color? White or chartreuse.? I mostly fish ponds

Okay well I will pick some up..im a huge rage fan just been so hooked on shads lately and koppers frogs..was thinking about leaving soft plastic frogs behind this year..but as mentioned above i can get a slower more subtle appraoch., and i just love buying rage tail products its always great..by far the best soft plastics in my opinion..but ive never tried these frogs..

So I've become somewhat of a topwater fanatic last two years..I used to use alot of zoom toads and some other toads too..but now I'm hooked on sexy frog,koppers and Spro frogs ..but lately I've been fishing the ragetail shad like crazy best topwater bait I've ever used..I swear the by far beat I've used..I'm a huge fan of ragetail plastics..by far my favorite..I've gotten away from the regular plastic frogs but been wanting to try out the rage toads since I never have used them..opinions? I'm trying to decide if I should..one of the few things in the rage lineup I've never used..

I used it for a little while..It was okay never had any trouble with it really..just an okay line not bad

Put a toothpick down the top of the bullet weight somewhat snug and break it off..simple easy trick some people says it weakens the line..I've never had any trouble with it..

I like keitech..I was just curious about shadalicious.I would stock up on keitech cause I've used them and like them ..I was just wanting to try the shadalicious is why I was curious..I've done good with keitech on just swimbait hooks..just not good on swimjigs ..

Okay so I've fished the keitechs on swimjigs and had a little success..now I fish most of my swimbaits on just a swimbait lead jig..ive never used the shadalicious ..one of the few swimbaits I've never used..going to buy some swimbaits Tomm can't decide if I wanna stock up on keitech or try some shadalicious? Opinions?

Idk I started doing well with the 1.5s and kept using them..bluegill has been my best color by a mile and I bought the bluegill in 2.5 and used it once..I'm gonna start throwing it more that you made this thread..

I'm curious fixing to order some swimbaits and I can't decide..I've havent used firetiger color much at all..not a confidence bait for me at all..a few of my buddies swear by it..I said I was gonna use white more this year but debating about firetiger vs white on the last of my order?

Kvd 1.5 bluegill can't beat it..I've literally went to it anytime I couldn't catch fish even in the winter and got them out of the water..

Pink doesn't match any type of forage it sticks out..sometimes I think the fish hit it because its diff and bright..idk

Pink flukes worked really well for me last year..I didn't get lots of big fish but I got lots of fish on them..and I use pink 1/32 jigs when I crappie fish with my buddy which is hardly ever but they work too .

In the early summer I fish alot of flukes and believe it or not the pink was my best color last year..I bought them only because I was reading people on the Internet talking about yomo pink senkos and they worked great..added alot of confidence for me

Ok thanks.. Haven't fished these in a long time..all I ever did with them was let them fall and reel them back slow

I use flouro, but I use flouro for pretty much all of my fishing..except topwater of course..it's all preference honestly..just slowly weeded out mono over the years.
