  1. You're in for it now. I'm actually going to get a megabass orochi x4 and a metanium xg sometime this month. Pretty much whenever I can find the time to go pick it up.
  2. Oh okay the trout weren't in the place I was thinking of.
  3. Agreed but at a young age I wouldn't be writing resumes to every company just to hope that one will sponsor you. Pick a company that you like and enjoy using their product every time you go out. On top of that being sponsored does not make you a better angler only you can make yourself better.
  4. Where did you end up fishing for trout, it looks familiar. Nice delta bass by the way!!
  5. For me it's a TNT baits wadda jig
  6. Dobyns zayta 754 (when it comes out) Shimano metanium xg 8:5:1 Seaguar tatsu flourocarbon 15lb test
  7. So what's your price range? Are you going to crank fast/slow-deep/shallow there's lots of things to consider when asking. Be specific. I could suggest anything from a zillion crazy cranker to a revo winch, chronarch ci4 or even a metanium. Heck if you burn cranks try a revo rocket.
  8. While I haven't, I know two people who have dropped a phenix m1 with a chronarch and a recon with a core in the water and they got lucky that phenix rods float so they were able to retrieve them easily
  9. Dobyns champion and a chronarch ci4 all the way!!!
  10. I apoligize for that but I raised the question once not repeatedly.
  11. Just gotta say, if you have $400,how would you not know what tackle you want to buy. Don't you have a wish list or something?
  12. An 8 ball of crack is an option as well haha. Jk though. Just had to. You could also shoot slonezp roughly 33 times.
  13. I recall in a recent post your limit for a rod/reel was $220, how did it suddenly jump to $400?. Anyways try a dobyns champion extreme rod or a megabass orochi xx. Also a shimano core, shimano chronarch ci4, daiwa zillion and lews team reels are options. I'm a bit confused on how your spending limit doubled.
  14. id have to say it would be a texas rigged worm or jig. i like them both equally.
  15. it was enough for me to pull a 10 and an 8 out of cover while flipping the ca delta a few weeks ago so i think it will be plenty
  16. Try a dobyns dx702 or a champion 702 in there too, otherwise I vote for the cumara
  17. Try a *** *** with a lews speed spool which is like 200
  18. Hmmm total? And whAts more important, the rod or reel
  19. Price range? , you're taking a wide range of prices in general here. Anything from a megabass rod to an ugly stick? Lews range from an $80 reel all the way up to $300. And what do you like to fish, bottom contact, cranks, topwater, flipping? Baitcaster or spinning
  20. hahaha. Believe me my wallet isn't getting any heavier, in fact it's getting lighter and lighter every time I look no tackle warehouses website lol. I just picked up a dx702sf, a stradic ci4+, and a few megabass vision 110s so I'm flat broke now:(
  21. it really does look unique on a DX rod. I can't stop staring at my core 51 on my dx744
  22. I use my core 51 for pitching and skipping jigs
  23. yeah I thought about not using one with braid but I'm not too sure yet
