How well do these fit? Are they pretty true to size or do they run large or small?

I wouldn't use a 90* jig hook for flipping/pitching let alone anything else besides molding your own jigs.

I with you, I've mainly started using a Trokar just for flipping/pitching.

I usually throw a 4/0 or 5/0 gamakatsu heavy cover or super heavy cover flippin' hook depending on what type of cover or vegetation I'm flipping. I've been messing around with other hooks though because the heat shrink on the gamakatsus will tend to get loose and slide down after a couple of fish. I might have to try out some owner hooks.

I usually use braid and a leader, but recently I spooled one of my spinners up with trilene xl pro grade 100% fluoro and have been quite impressed.

If you put it on watermelon or green pumpkin, it will put a pink haze on the bait that really doesn't show a whole lot. I've never fished with just methylate though, I always dip it in chartreuse after to make it bright orange.

I really like my columbia omni heat gale warning bib and parka. It keeps me bone dry, breathes well when it's warm, and keeps me warm when it's cold.

I like using these winter golf gloves. They are tight fitting and they have good grip when holding a rod and reel. Being from Texas though, I never fish any extremely cold temps.

I haven't had any problems getting bit using braid with a fluoro leader.

They're great for mojos and shakey heads. Green beret is my favorite followed by candy grass and p funk red.

Missile baits fuse 4.4 has been my best producer, roboworms after that.
