I won 2 of these rods as door prizes at a tourney and found that they are really good rods. use them for spinnerbaits,squarebills,traps. didn't know what retail was until after I had them and was very impressed in them. great rod for the money.

everyone should also know they catch fish as good as they look.

I prefer building my own. but I also like Dobyns rods. any of em will do the job.

have had one to try for a day last week and found it comfy in the hand.used it for worming and liked it, but won't be buying one soon. didn't feel that it would make me any better than the rods I use now.

Jigs.......love em.....but just can't seem to be 100% confident when I got one tied on....don't know why but it is what it is. oh yeah.....chatterbaits..........I just hate them.

my niece moved to Colorado right after the last hurricane that hit her place in Ft. Meyers last year. I'm on the east coast just south of the Space Center. We'll be ok.
