  1. Great post. Unfortunately in the internet age, people are so consumed by the opinions of others, that they can't seem to come up with an opinion of their own.
  2. Oh, okay. I was thinking they found it. Looks now like they are doing a little back tracking and saying that the transponders were turned off which could indicate the plane was hijacked.
  3. I can't believe a billion dollar plane can go missing and it seems as though nobody knows its last location. Anyone with a smartphone can pretty much be tracked, but a plane can't????

You basically need to attach a reel to a broom stick and use a potato gun to launch it as far as possible, then reel
  5. So, are you thinking a BIG swimbait
  6. Brush Hog or Baby Brush Hog in Green Pumpkin - Just a confidence bait I suppose.
  7. Xcalibur for me. Xcs 100's, Xr25, 50 and 75's
  8. I agree to an extent, but I have used a 2/0 on a sweet beaver and had good results. I just think that once a bait is inhaled, it is on the angler at that point.
  9. The bait was hooked improperly then. I hook every soft plastic tex-posed, as I feel it is the only way to ensure a quality hookset (unless I am wacky rigging). I could use a 7/0 hook on a baby brush hog and just barely put it in and may not get a good hookset. Or....I could use a 2/0 and hook it tex-posed and it will nail it everytime.
  10. I'm sorry, but if your entire bait was in her mouth, then your hook size probably didn't have much to do with it.
  11. Yeah, don't do it.
  12. I can't say that I have used one, but the new Denali Kovert rods look very interesting. I am thinking of trying one out. They make a 6'10" M - Mod Cranking stick
  13. The ol' tag swap. Those WM cashiers will never know the difference.
  14. As a co-angler, I take 4. A 6'9" MH, a 6'10" M, a 7' MH, and a 7'3" H
  15. I really want to try an Atlatl. I think they would be fun. Probably just target practice, not for hunting.
  16. As a co-angler this year, I carry 4 rods and reels and a BPS Extreme 370 bag I currently have the following in it 4 - full spools of line 14 - Spinnerbaits 8 - Jigs 4 - Chatterbaits 2 - Frogs 4 - Buzzbaits 9 - Lipless CB's 10 - CB's 3 - Poppers 60 + bags of soft plastics and a terminal tackle box There is room for plenty more lipless CB's and spinnerbaits if needed
  17. Water temp, water color, forage type, forage available, pressure, depth, size, number of fish in the pond, different types of fish in the ponds, etc. etc. etc. I am sure there are many factors, those are just a few off the top of my head.
  18. Exactly. Most people are for prayer in schools. As long as you are praying to a Christian God. But if a Muslim Principal said a prayer to Allah, all heck would break loose.
  19. For me, it is the environment that I am fishing. I have caught 8+ LM out of farm ponds, but I didn't have a mount done. If I caught a 8+ out of a lake I would have it mounted. Probably a 5+ SM.
  20. I personally like the Ghost series. Even though they are ugly, use cheap guides and break easily.
  21. Just remember PC works both ways..................just saying
  22. I am mainly talking about Tiger going from Titleist to Nike, and Rory doing the same. I don't know what was going on back in the 80's, I was just born, LOL.
  23. Thanks. I am really not trying to start an argument. Just saying that most people do what is best for them and their career.
  24. Not getting pissy at all. Just have a hunch that you don't have an understanding of why people change to different gear. I assume you are young and haven't actually had to make an automobile payment, mortgage, raise kids, etc. etc. etc. So it's not money aside, it is how they make a living. They are going to change if it will make their life better. Of course you won't change your opinion, no one is paying you to.
