I just ordered the 7'2MM for squarebills, its rated for 14lb max (assuming its .38mm mono) I'm throwing on 15lb Seaguar invisx (which is .33mm) and matchin with a gen 3 winch

Power Pro is good stuff, make sure when u put it on your spool you get a mono backing on it close to the same diameter. As for rigging plastic craw fish on a spinning reel, get yourself a few finesse jigs around 1/4 oz

I always see 1.5 this, 1.5 that. I personally like the bigger profile 2.5's. Just wondering why everyone else likes the 1.5 better?

And TBH I think the old style Xtreme handles look way nicer then the full foam black ones they got on the new Xtremes

So I'm bored and I want to tear apart an old baitcaster I have and polish all the gears and other brass pieces in it, I plan on using a Dremel tool with a cotton buff, what can I use to polish them? I was thinking some sort of a pumice paste, My wife is a dentist and has this paste she uses. Bad Idea? Good Idea? and suggestions?

I just saw that count down too. On the back of my Ontario Outdoors magazine there's an advertisement for a new hard bait called the "Balsa Xtreme" or "BX Series" maybe that's what its for.

My Big cranker has 10lb test on it for Deep Divers, I like using 14lb+ for my shallow to medium divers (both floro)

Its a St. Croix Legend Tournament Small Cranker, I got the big cranker to, but I'm running 10lb floro on it for my DDs

Depends on the cover, for really thick stuff ill use a 7'11 Flip/pitch rod for not so thick I like using a 7'3 to 7'6

So have a LTB Small Cranker 1/4-5/8 rating, But I just bought a bunch of LC RC Silent Square bill 3.5 and 4.5 which are both rated at 3/4. How bad would it be for the rod casting these lures considering its 1/8 over the limit?
