  1. Nice one! Great job!
  2. That's a great looking bass. Nice job! Jigs are definitely addictive
  3. That's a great looking spinnerbait. Well done!
  4. Nothing biting yet in Northwest Indiana
  5. Get a Pflueger President and either a Berkley Lighting Rod Shock or a Fenwick Eagle and you're set.
  6. I like the rubber skirts. Buckeye Lures mop jigs have some beefy rubber skirts that I've caught some hefty bass on. I also have a few jigs with a rubber/silicone mix. I have yet to use a spinnerbait regularly with a rubber skirt though. Maybe I should be....?
  7. Finally got out today, too. Very windy. High, muddy waters. Not much luck in Northwest Indiana. But it was great to be out in warmer temps.
  8. Nice catches Midwest Fisherman!
  9. All about editing. They want to put on a good show and have the best coverage of the leaders. Go Jason Christie!
  10. All great anglers, all terrible actors. ?
  11. Welcome from Northwest Indiana
  12. I didn't realize that it was a contest. I say, the more people posting videos the better. More to watch and learn.
  13. I thought the same thing too! But seriously, my "other" backpack holds more. Look around. With as much stuff as high school and college kids lug around, backpacks have become pretty innovative
  14. My advice...get a backpack not specifically designed for fishing. I have a no name travel backpack that holds more gear than my bass pro one. Heck of a lot cheaper too!
  15. 4-6 weeks is about right. I had my right hand done a few years ago and it was a great decision. I couldn't take it anymore either. Just make sure to follow the doctors instructions afterwards. It can get very tempting to start using your hand too hard too soon.
  16. Buckeye jigs work well for me. Sometimes the rubber skirts are a game changer
  17. I think the President LE has a 6.2.1 ratio in the 30 size.
  18. 7" Berkley Powerbait worm in motor oil.
  19. Never had a problem with a Chigger Craw or Craw Fatty
