Lucky craft slender pointer 110 LC pointer 78sp Jackall squadminnow ( same exact thing as the LC pointer) X-rap Those are my personal favs and never leave home without em. there are tons of good jerkbaits out there from many companies i am just addicted to the ghost minnow, aurora shad and bluegill patterns from LC lol
  19. I've owned the triumph, mojo and premier...I still have my two premiers! the triumph and mojo were certainly good in their own rights but I just preferred the performance of the premier. it felt better in hand and has never let me down. great all around rod. the triumph guides were showing cracks in the glue after one year of use the mojo just never did anything for me. my cousin bought them and loves em but i just was never really impressed my premier on the other hand just feels right, it sensitive enough, light enough, comfy enough, and it performs great, especially given its price! honestly all three are good quality rods, i just liked the premier better.
  20. I have had bass try to take a bait away from another bass that was hooked up! last year I was working a tube down a rocky shoreline when a 3.8# largemouth hammered my tube. as I got her to the boat another larger bass was all over the hooked fish trying to get the tube out of it's mouth! I seen similar things with cobia in salt water. what I have found over the years is if I know there are multiple bass in one spot and catch one of the school the chanced of me catching another one in that school are very high. once one eats I think it makes the ones around them want to get in on the action as well
  21. I was known to do laps around the console of my buddies center console pathfinder in tampa bay until one of the drift baits hooked up on slow days lol
