I have a premier MHF and I do really enjoy it! That said I almost bought an avid after I demod one last spring. I ordered a 7ft mhf avid and it was backordered so my impatient butt got a LTB MHF instead Holy crap I love that rod!

Still on the fence lol...got all winter to think about it

Should I get a 13envy or a dobyns champion for my new t rig rod? Reel choice is between a chronarch ci4+ and a team lews pro

I've been eyeballin a 703 for texas riggin beavers...torn between that and a 13 ***

I have shimano , ABU and lews...I only drive ford lolol

I like anything 10lb or smaller as long as it is flouro tied to braid via an albright knot I like invisx mostly

Another one I forgot...Fenwick elite tech in a ML...6, 6 or 7 ft...pretty darn nuce rod at around 100bucks

I use a st croix eyecon in a 7ft ML for dropshots The cumara and dobyns are also great rods...can't go wrong with either!

My first tarpon...she was a 130lbs and angry My other was watching my dad catch the biggest snook I have seen to date on his second ever cast into saltwater

I use the RA sweet beaver and smallie beaver A Lot!!! Also like the pit boss and netbait B bug...they all work great Right now the RA smallie beaver seems to be the ticket in northern PA

I used to tie the palomar knot with seaguar 60# and 40# flouro for my tarpon leaders...never lost a one to knot failure...if it can hold up to a 150# tarpon for 90mins a 20# flouro mainline with a palomar knot can and will hold any bass when tied right

200 bucks. That lake holds a good number of five and six pound fish but the lake is tought to fish. It has so much structure it is hard to find the right structure if ya know what I mean. You can catch fish all day in certain spots but they a cookie cutter 12 inchers lol

Sadly I don't it was raining hard at the launch and I left my camera in the truck. Was a five lb even largemouth. I didn't think it would lunker cuz I have many 6+ lb fish come out of that lake in the past. Matter of fact I caw a 6.8lb largemouth come out of that lake two weeks ago

Spring up and fall down is goooood advice! I tend to go more finess during the fall transition. I like a drooshot, A smally beaver, and finess jig this time of year but I will also have a deep crankbait, medium sized spinnerbait and a lucky craft sammy on deck as well

Fished my first tourny in my new to me 2002 Javelin 170 yesterday My boat was registered as boat 13, I had my *** hat on, and my *** *** put the lunker for the tourny in the boat. Crazy I tell ya lol Finished 15th out of 39 but I was pleased to bring home my first check in only my 4th ever tourny

Bps rick clunn $119 Croix premier ( $130) scored the rod ay at dicks in clearance for $37 bucks. The had 50% on all clearance stuff sale...yeah I bought two premiers lol

here she is gents not the biggest and baddest on the lake but she works good for me and thats what matters her first tourny with me is in 10 days

pretty neat little trick gonna have to give this some attention because I have one lake I fish often that is VERY clear most of the time and it gets a-lot of pressure

oh yeah light rain! I was throwing a spook the other week in light rain over submerged grass and I had a real nice smally knock my spook about a foot in the air...sucked she didn't get any metal in her mouth lol
