so all of them are speed spools? the difference is laser, tournament pro, etc? One of the main reasons I have stayed away cause the marketing of their reels is dumb and I cannot figure out which one I am looking at.

So I picked up a Speed Spool for $69. Then I see the Laser Speed Spool and then there is a Tournament speed spool then a BB1 Speed Spool, then a BB1 Pro speed spool and a BB2 speed spool, then a tournament MG speed spool, and a Speed Spool SS1. I cannot for the life of me tell a difference in all of their reels. A new marketing scheme with better names to tell apart the levels and quality of the reels would do them a huge favor. can someone do me a favor and break it down for me?

yes they are being discontinued and they say the Ike model is taking its place.

if you use fluoro you also need to use some line conditioner.

I use Keitechs for trailers. A good alternative is the Bass Assassin Boss Shiner. Can't tell a difference at half the price.

I prefer stiff rods for everything but like they said, I wait a little bit and don't jerk it out of their mouths early.

Swimbait reel for sure. I like tossing 20 to 25lb line.

the gears are not as sturdy on the C4 compared to the C3. I would rather have the 6000 size C3 over the C4.

are you using a spinning rod? I switched to a baitcaster and a rod with more backbone and it gave me more confidence.

what is happening in swimbait world? Somebody having to stop making baits I need to know of so I can stock up.

no way I am paying a premium price for SK jigs when I can get Dirty Jigs or Siebert Jigs for less.

just went to their website and they are no longer showing up. I just picked up 7 of the bluegill Piranha jigs off TW. My favorite color of the series. Not sure why they would discontinue and redesign something that is so awesome.

Per TW message board. They will stop making the Piranha, etc. until they do a redesign in 2015.

so who is the new owner. I loved the fact that NetBait was an Alabama company. Wonder if they will move out of state or what.

I prefer NetBait T-Macs over Zoom Trick Worms. probably the exact same thing, I just like their colors better.

I fish from a kayak and nothing beats moving water and fishing shoals like in a river. I am talking smaller rivers though where boats can't go. haha
