Yep. The fish flops a little and he loses his grip and it ends up against his body as he is trying to keep it from falling.

I started out with a few Strike King jigs. When I started lurking around here I read a lot about Siebert jigs. Since then I have been stocking up on them this past fall and this winter. Will probably placing another order for some different colors soon. Hard to find someone with jigs as good as these AND with the large variety or color combinations He has. Here are a few swim jigs I ordered toward the end of last fall. Didn't get to use them before the cold weather hit.

Thats the Terminal tackle satchel. Basically the same thing as the one I have, but it comes with 8 boxes that you store inside of the bigger box. Thus the $25 price tag. I noticed they had the same thing on TW, along wit the one I posted.

Not sure where you seen em for $25, but we only paid I think $11-12 each for ours (I bought one and my dad bought one)

Yeah, Its kind of bulky. Once I figure out what I am going to be using for the day I leave those packs out and toss the box back in the storage compartment. I really wish there were more slots for the dividers so I can organize it a bit better.

I use one of these for all of my Strike king prefect plastics/rage baits. For my Senkos, I basically use just one color, baby bass, so I keep all of my packs of those in one large ziplock bag. Any other plastics that I only have a pack or two of, are put in a plastic grocery bag for now.

I usually have some WEIRD fishing dreams. I'll either be catching some ugly alien looking fish or I'll be fishing in some odd places. For instance I had a dream a few months back where I was at the house I grew up in and the road the house was on wasn't a road anymore, it was a river. Still had the sidewalks and all the other houses around and everything, but instead of where to road should be it was water. One of my not so weird ones was a couple weeks ago. My cousin and I had driven down to Erie, I took my boat, but he was going to hop into another boat and fishing as a co-angler in a tournament. We got my boat in that water, I took off the go to the bathroom, and when I came back he was gone and I couldn't find the boat. I called him, and he had docked it at a nearby bar/restaurant. So i walk over (in the dream it was only 20-30 yards away lol) get the boat, and noticed that my cousin had to use all of my dads rods because he forgot his, but while taking them out of the locker he made a mess taking everything out of every compartment. And once I got stuff put back and started taking out my rods, there were a bunch of old ones and broken ones and I couldn't get sorted through them to get to my good ones.

I hear ya, I'm ready for spring already. Not to interested in ice fishing either. I decided to try and learn how to play the guitar. I've been practicing for about a week...on my way to being a rock star lol. I went to a fishing expo last weekend, and all that did was make me even more depressed knowing that I still have 3-4 month until it thaws out up here.

Not a new rule. When it first started they just had to sit there and not touch any of their equipment,re-tie, or anything during their penalty. I think around the 4th event they took away doing everything else during the penalty too (i.e. drinking water, going to the bathroom, etc.) The point being that they are in a penalty and being "punished" and it kind of made the "time out" pointless if they were allowed to do all of this. So they are making them do it during their fishing time instead of taking advantage of that 2 minutes to get those things out of the way.

Probably Iaconelli. It's all for show, but it gets old. The guy knows his stuff and on those rare moments where he isn't so dramatic you can learn a lot from the guy. But I can't stand him most of the time when he is screaming and running around the boat like a fool.

Fish Lake St. Clair more. Try out Erie, and get up to Saginaw bay and travel to some of the good small mouth lakes we have up here in northern Michigan. As far as techniques, I need to work on my jig fishing more.

I LOVE the "Presidents" I have my third one coming this Christmas. I see no reason to buy anything else if something this inexpensive gets the job done.

I usually just go through the senko with the hook. I did recently pickup some of those Eco Pro Tungsten weights to try out. I bought the 1/32oz so they add a little bit a weight but not much,and give me something to put the hook through.

Placed my order last night. Ordered my dad a few swim jigs and some shake heads. And picked up a few gridiron arky jigs for both me and him.
