I call the worms with tails like these c tail worms. I really like the z-man elaztech worms. I like trokars but since I only fish from the bank I snag up to much to spend a dollar per hook.

If you're like me and can't afford a couple pairs of glasses I would go with blue. They're great during the afternoon when it's really bright and you can still manage to see during the morning in low light conditions. And they look pretty good when you're trying to talk to girls.

It would be sweet for flipping and pitching were you want as many cast as fast as possible but AWESOME for buzzbaits.

I'm seeing everyone say that they only have limited experience with this worm, so in your honest opinion is it anything special?

Yeah, I was just going to do this but then I would be hurting the action. The 5/0 is plenty big as well it's just the way the worm' s short tail makes the body look huge.

Yeah, I forgot about this since I only use gamakatsu hooks and don't ever see a difference.

So I was using the right size hook? I was considering jumping up to a 7/0. I guess it's just how short the tail is makes it look bigger.

They may all catch fish, but I could probably catch more fish on a spark plug than my pad crashers.

Picked some of these up at Academy to see what all the fuss is about, but the problem is my 5/0 gammies seem to be dwarfed by this worm. It's the same hook I use for my 11' C-mac's but since there's more body to this worm than the C-Mac's.

I get your point, but I seem to backlash more on mag brakes as well as loose distance. I guess it's just in the hands of the user.

Have y'all had any luck using this color as a jig trailer? I've tried it on black and blue jigs but always seem to go back to black and blue flake.
