  1. I think the packing is done. Still gotta change the line on one reel. I think I did pretty well as I've only got about 25 lbs. of plastics. ;D Made one final trip to Dick's yesterday, kind of proud of myself as I didn't spend nearly as much this year as I did last year before I went to Guntersville.
  2. d**n, I knew I should have waited until next week to put my teleporter in the shop. :'(
  3. Purple Cow has a large peanut butter milkshake that is around 40 oz. The Pal's large is 32 oz. I got a small PB at the PC today, it was 16 oz. and almost kicked my tail.

  5. The range on that gun is only a mile or so. I'll be a good 200 miles away at 1AM.
  6. Sure, blame it on me. I didn't force you to eat 3500 calories in 30 minutes.
  7. OK, so let's make it 1AM just to be sure.
  8. Did you say you wanted a wake-up call around 3AM Sunday?
  9. I hate it when that happens. And yes, it's happened to me. :-[
  10. There are states besides Texas?
  11. Jerkbaits, yes. Soft plastics, no.
  12. I bet you could eat it in 20 minutes.
  13. We've been out of the business for around five years. Can't say that I never tried smoking it straight out of the barn.
  14. Same price here. Stopped to buy gas today and was shocked at the price. I can remember paying $18/carton back in high school.
  15. Nah, I don't pick on old people.
  16. Couple of my coworkers sat for their final certification tests last week. I told them both that if they passed on their first try, I would make a 60 mile run to buy them both a Purple Cow (small local drive-in that has an extensive menu) Mike's Intimidator burger. The Intimidator is 1 lb. of ground beef on a 9.5" bun. Cost is $5.99, $7.25 with cheese and bacon. As luck would have it, they both passed the test. So today I made the burger run before work. Spent $40 on four burgers (2 for work, 2 for TheBeast and his brother-in-law). Got to work and the challenge was on. One of the guys didn't want to try to eat the whole thing, so I split it with him. The other guy decided to see how quickly he could eat it. After 35 minutes, this was all that was left. He's been dragging since. I will say this, that may very well be the best d**n burger I've ever eaten. After I ate 1/4 of one, I wanted to eat the whole thing. God help us the rest of the night, there are already noxious fumes rising up and clouding the air.
  17. Well d**n, now that Brent isn't going to be there, who am I going to punch in the groin? Wayne, prepare thy testicles for a medieval beatdown! ;D
  18. Robert, send all of your stuff to me and I'll be more than glad to do the legwork. I'll meet you halfway to pick up the boat. How quickly can you be in Oklahoma City?
  19. TM is always unplugged unless I'm fishing, so I've got that covered. Just wondered about everything attached to the other battery.
  20. Thanks to Jimzee for not letting the cat out of the bag.
  21. Don't forget to make your picks for this weekend's tourney on Wheeler.
  22. 1. Installing an onboard charger and figured I'd better finally break down and install a circuit breaker for the TM. http://www.***.com/descpageMGA-MGMRB.html I assume that is what I'll need. 2. Had always disconnected everything from the batteries when charging, will not really be feasible after installing this charger. Any precautions I should take when charging?
  23. PLine CX 6 lb. or Trilene XL 8 lb.
  24. With flouro, lubrication is absolutely imperative.
  25. I wish it was. Got the call about 5 minutes ago. :'(
