Run a Zoom Fat Albert TwinTail in pearl on that bait. May want to trim the skirt a bit too. My only complaint about the PP is that the skirt is a bit long and sometimes gets tangled on the retrieve.
  3. I would like to have some more, but I don't know any Girl Scouts and I haven't seen them having any sales at our local stores.
  4. I just looked at the bracket and noticed that Mason advanced. Watched the Lee/Honaker game Saturday. Honaker impressed me and Lee didn't show all that much. I'm not much of a girl's basketball mind, but Honaker has a pretty darn good team. Their best player can put 25-30 on the board pretty quickly. They play pretty smart ball.
  5. I thought it was three times.
  6. That's what I like about those high school girls. I get older, they stay the same age. - Wooderson, Dazed & Confused
  7. Honestly, who produces a show in standard def. these days? I realize it is the Celebrity Apprentice, but wouldn't it just be easier to do HD? As for the show itself, I think the producers set the men up for a fall. Way too much friction there. Rodman and Clay are malcontents who aren't fit to mow my yard. Much more eye candy on the women's side this year.

If you're not satisified with them, I'll buy them from you. Needless to say, I'm a fan of the Pure Poison. :-[

Now make sure you tell'em that he only caught 3 fish, and you were busy watching me get hung on stums. I got five that night, two of them quite nice. I pulled a nice one off of one point where Jimzee had weeded out the dinks for me. ;D
  10. Met him at the town high school's fieldhouse this morning for a little weightlifting. An hour and a half later I staggered to my truck and barely made it up the steps on the porch. Just call us Hanz and Franz. Hear me now and believe me later, we're gonna pump those bass up!
  11. I'd love to see you throw an 8" Hudd on that stuff. :
  12. The stadium seats Saturday at VHS made a world of difference. Sat there for 8 hours and only my knees bothered me at halftime of the fourth game. Thank God they made VHS the permanent championship site. I couldn't have taken four games at Cwood, Clinchco or Clintwood.
  13. 124 grain 9mm to the head makes landing a breeze.
  14. :-? By 'worth double' do you mean retails for double? If you have the reel handly, find the little silver knob seated on the sideplate under the handle and drag star. That is the cast control knob (or spool tension knob).
  15. That red reel is an abomination that should have never been spawned. It takes ugly to a whole new level. At least AbuGarcia was smart enough to give the Reese reel yellow accents rather than making it entirely yellow.

Boy, give them an end date for the show and they really start rolling. The current season is easily the best since the initial season. The writers are doing an excellent job of building towards an exciting conclusion. Each week old questions are answered and new questions are posed. This is a perfect example of why episodic television writers should know the ending at the beginning. Far too often, as a show becomes popular, longevity becomes the objective rather than quality. In other words, if you cannot tell the story in 48-72 episodes, don't even bother. Milking a show is anathema to telling a good story and leads to 'jumping the shark'. 24 is a perfect formula. They have 24 hours to tell a story and they do a good job of it.
  17. Stefan was a victim of his own success and Carla was a victim of that meddling $(*%*$ Casey. Never before have I felt that a Top Chef winner was unworthy, but Hosea qualifies for that dishonor.
  18. It will work great if your goal is to absolutely FUBAR the reel.

It's Charlottesville, what do you expect? Biggest conglomeration of pansies in the Commonwealth. Or at least south of Fairfax Co.
  22. Layering is the key to staying warm. That said, the PQ rainsuit does a decent job of keeping you warm. It is a lifesaver on those chilly spring days. Then again, that could be said of pretty much any GoreTex rainsuit.

  24. I was hoping you were going to say it would make a nice toilet cleaner.
