  1. SeaFoam should be available in the Automotive Chemicals section of your local WalMart. It comes in a 12 oz. can and should cost between $6-7 per can.
  2. Tungsten is almost twice as dense as lead.
  3. Then you aren't doing it right.
  4. For those naysaying tungsten, until you've fished a tungsten weight on the bottom, you might as well be using kite string and a wheel weight. For carolina rigging, a tungsten weight makes all the difference in the world. And if you're using tungsten, don't use glass beads unless you like losing weights. One other thing, if you fish rocky bottoms, don't use braid. I tried braid one time last year. After I lost $15 worth of Tru Tungsten, the braid was trashed. Braid may be strong and sensitive, but it is about as resistant to abrasion as an overcooked spaghetti noodle. FWIW, here's the way I set up my terminal for carolina rigging. Owner offset shank wide gap hook 24"-36" 12 lb. flourocarbon leader Spro Power Swivel #4 or #6 Tru-Tungsten Force Bead 8mm Tru-Tungsten Flippin' Weight 3/8 oz. - 3/4 oz. OR Tru-Tungsten Carolina Weight I've fished everything from lead to brass to tungsten on a carolina rig and the tungsten weight offers a tremendous edge over any other option. The sensitivity offered by tungsten allows one to learn so much more about the area they are fishing. Don't take my word for it. Spend $5 on a couple of Tru-Tungsten weights and fish them yourself.
  5. Never. I'll clean the brake race with a cotton swab a couple of times a year.
  6. If you have trouble managing 6 lb. line from any manufacturer, you're doing something wrong.
  7. Yep, should have waited until they got finished cleaning them.
  8. I would love to ride on that thing with that 40 on it.
  9. I used to be like you. You will change as you get older. Prunes don't wait for the home field advantage.
  10. Batwing, Brains and the Goat?
  11. Right, he was created by "Project X" like Wolverine, Sabretooth, and others. Apparently the new movie is going to have a lot of storyline about Project X and the characters it created. Nope, Wolverine had nothing to do with the Super Soldier program. Saw the trailer for the Wolverine origin piece, can't say I was very impressed.
  12. The film stayed somewhat true to the book. One major omission IMO, but other than that it was virtually spot-on. It was a bit on the long side, but that was to be expected. IMO, the best comic film ever in terms of sticking to the original story.
  13. I'm almost to the point of tearing them out of the walls. The automatic faucets suck, no matter the design. Those at WalMart almost force one to put their hands in the sink. The auto-flush toilets are absolute junk. Had one flush twice yesterday, then wouldn't flush when needed. I don't know about you guys, but I don't like a wet butt. Progress indeed... >
  14. How is BASS 'moving behind or being stagnant'??? :-?
  15. You laugh, but it most certainly is a contributing factor. BAC (Before A/C), staying indoors during the summer just wasn't an option. It was hotter inside than out. At least in my experience.
  16. Thanks for showing me the kind of fish I won't be catching.
  17. Throwing swimbaits on a 7' rod is as fun as having an ingrown toenail removed.
  18. It's a lost cause. The urbanization of civilization and all that it entails...
  19. http://www.***.com/descpageTRUTERM-TTCW.html
  20. That is the best tackle bag money can buy.
  21. 6 and 8 lb. CXX are fine on spinning tackle.
  22. Check the wires going to the battery. Red is positive, black is negative. Nothing wrong with the motor, just operator error.
  23. Not familiar with inflation, are you? It's also got the Xcraftic frame and HPCR bearings for 2009. Shhhhhhhhhhh, leave the facts out of this.
