  1. Too windy to take out the canoe so I fished from shore for an hour.. 6 smallest and 3 lm. I agree with ww2farmer! Get out and catch them
  2. Green pumpkins and natural colors for the trailers... look them up on tackle warehouse
  3. Oh yeah when the wind started to pick up I paddled back and fished from shore till I heard thunder then packed it in
  4. Mister twister on a jig head... would be the first thing that comes to mind but a lot will catch both...
  5. Docks in clear water... I would use a finesse jig.. something natural your green pumpkins or browns. For a trailer zoom super chunk or a crazy legs chigger craws are my favorites...
  6. I agree with everything here only thing I would add is I find that mid-day when the sun is highest on hot days is the best time to fish them... imo
  7. This may be a really stupid question, but pride won't help me get any better loll. Do thunderstorms effect bass? I was fishing yesterday and was killing it. Caught alot of big fish. Went out today before a big thunder storm and had a real hard time catching them. If storms do effect them, where do they usually go? Thanks in advance for your answers.
  8. Junebug Blue Safire!
  9. Strike king! And these storm arashi's are really growing on me
  10. The first two sound like you may have gotten a little too excited lop that's my downfall with frog fishing... the third fish could be 1. Your Hooksett... make sure you give it to her pretty hard loll. 2. Could be your reel.. I use a 7.1.1 ratio for frog fishing that seems to help a lot.
  11. T-rigged soft plastics and spinner baits are two things that will catch fish all year round for me..

    Welcome.
  13. I went out for three hours and caught 21. Took me two hours the figure out where they were. At every lay down right near the bank I caught one of two. Some in water just inches deep.. the biggest was only 3-4 but still had some fun..
  14. Yeah I was really wanting to go out today but that wind would have me paddling my canoe like a mad man all day instead of fishing.... 8 over 3lbs isn't a bad day!
  15. That sounds risky... buy a fabril 15' lure retriever. I bought this for getting my jogs snagged on lay downs and it works great. TW has them
  16. I fished for three cold windy hours and caught 4, 2-3 pounders in 4 casts at the same lay down... but nothing else the whole time..
  17. Looks like I just need to move south lol....
  18. I live in NY and have an old boat that was my grandmothers. She no longer has the title. I'd like to register it, but I don't know if that's possible without the title. Any pointers?
  19. These are on sale at TW. On the site there are quite a few bad reviews. Is this just because they are expecting more because of the price or are these things no good? I'm looking into getting one and wonder if anyone has had any experience with them. Or is there something better I should use my 110 bucks on?
  20. They wil get the fish to bite but those legs pop off about every three fish.... disappointing...
  21. Welcome fellow new yorker
  22. Thank you! That's perfect the picture really helps!
  23. Just bought some copolymer. Ive never used it before but I figured i'd give it a try.. just wondering what peoples opinions are on it.
  24. Things were slow and pretty windy today. Only caught 3 in two hours. One was a big 3.12lb Lm
