T-rigged worm, jigs, frogs, and punching mats.

I don't mean to insult you since this is pretty basic. But do you have the weight pegged down?

My local spot has been getting super pressured.. since the fish are either on beds are guarding fry everyone that fishes from the bank are catching the same fish a thousand times making all the fish skiddish, luckily my TW order came in yesterday. So I tried my new drop shot stuff out. I caught more fish today than I did Friday Saturday and Sunday combined in an hour and a half!! Shout out to WW2farmer for teaching me how to drop shot! !

Since that thunderstorm just missed my area today I decided to go out for a few hours, and boy was it rough. Only 7 small fish probably only 1-2 pounds...

I went out for 2 hrs today with my little brother on the canal. Caught a bunch of small small mouth and rock bass. Then had a 3' pike absolutely destroy my chatterbait. I ended us killing the poor thing on accident because It took me too long to get the bait out of its mouth. of course the day I leave my pliers in the car I catch a pike.

Here are the two biggest. I was pretty glad I stuck around

Bass no... I mean I could catch some but there is never a time where I feel I need to use a spoon. Too many other better options. Now if I wanna catch pike its a spoon!

I threw a black and blue chatter bait today in real muddy water and killed it

Went to my spot after work today, and it looked like a giant mud puddle. Probably an inch of visibility. I almost just decided to go home but I was already there so I gave it a shot. Caught a 3.11, 4.2, 4.4, 4.13, and a 5.6 (my best of the year) also caught a ton of smaller fish.

Yeah we did pretty well learned alot from ww2farmer... only complaint about the trip is I feel I big TW order coming lol

Got out on the lake yesterday with ww2farmer and finally learned how to drop shot. And as an added bonus caught my first drop shot fish. If I remember correctly it was 3.11

If I have to pick only one....... id say t-rig 1/4oz weight.

The flash alone should get a few reaction strikes

I only caught two fish in 4 hours... it was probably God cursing me for fishing on mothers day loll...

Spinner bait or a jig..

Mine was 8.2 on a Spro frog.

About 5 days a week.. at least 4 hours a trip.

Both are great

This isn't the coolest thing you could throw but in shallow streams and rivers I have alot of luck with a mister twister grub on a jig head.. I just reel it in steady and they nail it.. idk its worth a shot.I've caught some big small mouth with this

Ive always had bad luck with ewg hooks.. I usually just use offset worm hooks for everything.. probably has something to do with how I set the hook idk, but I have missed alot of wide gap hooks...

Save some of that tackle money and buy a boat lol (sorry this comment is not helpful)
