How about 41lbs 15oz for 5?
Thanks Matt. I knew how you meant the butch thing and I took it as a compliment. I mean 40lb sacks are absolutely AWESOME but like you and Fish, that one true giant is the one I want too. There must be a pretty long waiting list for the fourbizz "Anti-Fan Club" LMAO.

Fishing HUGE Worms!!
I have a 13-1 on a 10" Power Worm and a 11-4 on a 15.5" Custom Ribbontail. I fish both with an Owner 11/0 Oversize Worm Hook and a 3/16-3/8 oz Tungsten bullet, pegged, with a black glass bead. Hooksets are the same. any tick, weight, or line movement, reel down fast till you feel weight and try and rip her face off. If you are using straight braid, she weighs 11lbs and is about 30ft away, prepare to break a rod. Makes for an entertaining hand over hand fight though, lol.

How about 41lbs 15oz for 5?
Thanks guys! I'll probably never have another spring like this one! WAY TOO MUCH FUN! Senile, thats 2 40lb sacks in 2 weeks, lol Fish, you ARE the man! Matt, thanks bro, but Butch is my hero! Preach, that is number 5 in the last 2 years. Nothing compared to some guys on this board and there are quite a few of the OG big bait guys with doubles into the hundreds! But I remember every single second of every one of mine and thats the reason I do this stuff! I still have to catch 3 more this year to reach my goal, we'll see how that goes, lol.

How about 41lbs 15oz for 5?
Had a pretty nice day out with JUST a few days ago. This is only the second time we have had his boat out, the last time, we had 42lbs8ozs for five and I got a 10lb 10ozer. THIS TIME we had 41lbs 15ozs and I got a 10lb11ozer. So yeah, kind of like his boat This is the first double digit to fall prey to my paintjob and she S M O K E D it about 5ft from the boat. What a blast. Pretty stressful few seconds with a buttoned down drag and a hot double at the boat, lol. But JUST was on a hair trigger for net duty that day and made a sweet net job real fast. Oh, and I guess I got a pair of 8's and a mid 6 too, lol. 6-10 8lbs4ozs 8lbs7ozs 10lbs 11ozs Good times. PS almost forgot, went out the next day with my buddy don and his wife cambria. Really slow day but I got a 7-3 and don got a 6 somethin.

Whiskey anyone?
But did you know that Scotch is aged in used Bourbon barrels? Irish Whiskey may also, not sure. J So Scotch came first, from the old country, yet somehow it requires bourbon barrels to make? Chicken and the egg huh? Yeah, I always wondered about that. I don't know the specific timeline per se. Maybe before Bourbon, they put the Scotch in Irish Whiskey Barrels?? Who knows. J From Cigaraficionado.com Bourbon barrels were unknown on Islay or anywhere in Scotland until the 1930s. That's when Prohibition ended in the United States and Kentuckians were again creating a steady supply of used barrels (by law they can use them only once) to sell to the Scots. Before that, Scotch was aged in whatever barrels were at hand, some of which presumably were Port, Claret and Sherry casks. Nice. I love completely asinine information like that. That isnt sarcasm, My head is full of trivial junk just like that. Pretty interesting though. It seems like alchohol is one of those places where people are all about the old school way of doing it, but the distillers of scotch just up and changed to bourbon barrels. Weird.

Absolut ad - shows part of USA being Mexico.
Thats why I wouldnt want a tourney partner that was older than 4o, they claim there 5.5lbers in pre fish were actually 10lbs!

Some new patterns on the 2X4
Haven't had much time for building baits. But here are my most recent color patterns. This is the 10" in Bone color. I think the Stripers are gonna like this one. Here is an 8" Chartreuse Shad I did for one of my fishing buddies. And this is Pond Hopper's new 8" Bluegill pattern.

Photoshopping pictures
Jay, I think you read too much into this. It was a question, not an accusation. Flech, I should have made it clear that your post did not bother me. This subject comes up all the time. On one of my local boards, the guys who suck really like to complain about blacked out backgrounds. It is never the real good sticks that complain, its the guys that want to take shortcuts. They like to suggest that if you black out the background it is because you are fishing somewhere that is ridiculously easy. So if my post came off as being too wrapped up, it wasn't you, just the subject in general gets me fired up.

Photoshopping pictures
I take those photos for ME! I love looking at my fish pictures. And I get to see my favorite spots, my bait, everything that was a part of that catch. I DO NOT take pictures for other people! I am not going to go to another spot for the pic, and the get really close to the bank maneuver, usually tells what lake you were at. So if other people would like to see the pics that I took for ME, then they can look at altered pics. Satisfying whiners and ruining a bite/lake just isnt worth it.

the "easy 10 pounder" - a how to guide
I love it! Of course you forgot the timeless tactic for those "easy 10's" 7. Fish in California where stocked bass are force fed trout. This of course makes them a guaranteed catch but they should not be allowable on record lists.

Best tough guy actor on tv/in movies
I don't know about all around badassness, and this actor only has one badass role, but Val Kilmer as Doc Holliday is my favorite.
