It's good to have goals, but ultimately did you have a good time & enjoy yourself when out fishing? Did you learn some techniques or try new things? If so, then all in all, your season was successful. I hope your health issues work out for the best. Tight lines!

I like it. It's light & strong. And at 6'10", it's a good length for me. The no warranty part is a problem for some people, but the rod isn't that expensive to begin with.

Crappy fall bite here in NJ. We did much better during the summer months.
