  1. Does KVD have arms and or fingers in this scenario? In either case probably not...
  2. Falcon Cara Amistad.... 7'3'' Heavy action with a medium fast tip. Plenty of power for any bass.
  3. LOL!!!! You are correct sir! Take a knee, drink water....
  4. ^^^^^This^^^^^ When you get addicted to flippin go get a Falcon Cara Amistad 7'3'' Heavy action with the perfect tip for rippin lips. Happy hunting brother.
  5. Good luck!
  6. ^^^^This^^^ You can also check out Dance's Sporting Goods in Colonial Heights. They have a good selection of stuff too.....
  7. 6th Sense is the Bee's Knees............. I love the Square bill and the 300.....
  8. I fished Chesdin until noon today...... The water looks like chocolate milk with about 6 inches of visibility. Extremely challenging. Only had one bite all day. Hopefully the water clears up soon.
  9. ^Truth!!!!! I bet 100$ that this guy is a VET. God bless you sir.
  10. Falcon Original "Herm" model is the best rod for the money. Absolutely an amazing rod.
  11. Uni knot and power pro is the bee's knees..................
  12. Bill Lewis Rat-L-Trap. Especially for this time of year. Your thoughts gentlemen?
  13. Downsize your soft plastics and stand as far away from the bank as possible when making your casts.
  14. I started fishing on a neighborhood pond. I had no idea what structure was at the time. I didn't know much about largemouth bass at all really. The first technique I ever had confidence in was a 4 inch twirl tail worm from walmart. The color was motor oil and I would fish it texas rigged on a 1/32 oz bullet weight. I believe renegade was the brand..... don't think they make it anymore. My point is that you can work on your finesse presentations on this pond. That is my advice.
  15. Everyone needs to have a tourniquet in their first aide bag. It can absolutely save a life if someone is losing blood quickly. I think its the most important item on my boat.
  16. The Falcon Original line of rods is the best 100$ value of all time. Get the "Herm" and thank me later. However, I do own several Bucoo rods. They are good rods. I especially like the 7' Heavy rod for frogs and heavy top water stick baits.
  17. I've never fished a spoon before... It looks exhausting. But I have thrown a 1oz stick bait all day before. My forearms were killing me, as well as my grip.
  18. Color matters most to me. I fish Revenge and Skinny Bear Jigs. They are both great jigs. One is hand tied the other is not... I have equal confidence in both.
  19. RAT-L-TRAP!!!!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed.
  20. As soon as the water temp is below 75..... Hit the creeks. Also, look for the shad in the creeks. If there are schools of shad present then that is where you should start. I'm having luck on fall patterns right now in central Virginia. Throwing top water sticks and lipless cranks........ Happy hunting.
  21. The water was 76 degrees yesterday morning. Caught a couple nice bass shallow with a lipless crankbait...... Fall patterns seem to have arrived. The creeks were FULL of shad. Happy hunting gentlemen.
