  2. I would take McCoy #1 and watch out for the browns D
  3. football jig black blue with Berkley havoc pit boss and gained a lot of confidence in senkos also / watermelon black flk. and that jj's magic.
  4. with love there a chance but wiggins is the real deal do not give up wiggins. dion is a great player and Bennett has slimmed down 15-20 lbs and looking much better too.
  5. in the last 10 years or so I bought the gold medalist, the president, the purist, and a trion . just got the purist this year and I cant say enough good things about these reels for their price. decided to start using baitcasters and got a lews speed spool though, didn't like pflueger baitcaters, so I went to lews. but definitely love pflueger spinning reels for the price.
  6. usually 4 to 8 hours if its hot sometimes longer. I also pull all nighters for them big cats and crappie. depends if im catching them. I take the boat after work and and atleast 2or 3 days a week I go for atleast a hour before work on shore.
  7. thanks that was a great video. always learning
  8. never happened to me until I dipped a stretchy elaztech worm. should be fine with anything else.
  9. I have got a pack recently and I do not have baffle head hooks. how do most of you rig them weighted texas rig? and how do you fish them ? thanks.
  10. ive been using a 3/0 , 1/8oz , screw lock. seems to work well. either a 2/0 or 3/0, 1/8/oz should do fine.
  11. smallmouth, been there a few times and always did good around the islands
  12. ive been fishing senkos weightless and been getting bit more and I tend to let the senko do all the work. there is a lot of grass in my normal lake and have trouble fishing wacky with a regular type hook.
  13. Put-In-Bay in the month of may! love catching them smallmouth. but what made it more fun was we were using our ultra lite rods and 4lb test and not only getting smallies but also a lot of sheephead and some of them were pretty big and on little ultra lite rods made every fight a good one.
