  10. huskeyjerk kbkindle not sure but i have some buzzbaits called honeybuzz that are made by vision lure co that look like those. i wish i could get some like that myself maybe there is a lure skirt maker on this forum if you find any let me know thanks kb
  11. kbkindle here yes ia'm sure i have not changed anything on motor or boat and when temp this summer was 90% and know 55 % the same thing i guess ill take it into dealer and see what he can find. i dont care about the difference in rpm's and mph just wondering it will harm motor running this way rather than what yamaha says like run at 5500 rpms it runs so darn good got me confused maybe just run it and say the he$$ with it? kb
  12. kbkindle i have a 2004 hpdi 200hp small block last year it would turn 5300 rpm's at 63 mph this year it turn's 5000 at 58 mph nothing has changed as far as boat weight etc it runs soooooooo good i hate to do something with it , but there must be a reason and maybe it will be bad farther down the line what say you yamaha experts kb THER ALSO SHOULD BE A MOTOR TOPIC ON THIS SITE KB
  13. kbkindle in my home lakes and i guess all lakes i have been doing real good with crankbaits i look for shallow water next to deep water they seem to stack up on these flats when i say shallow to deep here it is like 3 ft to 10ft you can see on graft they are on the side of hill me i cast to shallow and bring up crankalong the hump. kb with a crank i use a stop ,jerk, jerk wind , stop etc have been getting a lot of hits on the stop kb and boy are they fat like me :-?
  14. kbkindle nothing ia'm a 100% powerpro user i have used about every mono floro and braid made and you cant beat power pro. i have caught more fish with power pro because of its sensitivity than any other line cranks go just as deep and etc the only problem i have is it hard to see line move on a jig , worm, tube ,etc so i just ordered the hi vise color rather than green when i would go up northern wisconsin and catch some smallmouth on beds with mono i could not tell all the times they had the bait but would see there gills flare now i can feel the line so that proves to me how sensitive it is as far as it raping around rod tip it does'n happen enough to bother with besides you can hardley get a back lash with braid when you would throw it into the wind. and if your getting break offs you are not tying a good polomer knot kb
  15. kbkindle how many water miles you guys put on you boat a year. just for us north guys that only get to fish about 6-7 months a year kb miles or hours?? :-/
  16. kb here does anyone have on of these or seen one neat but a little pricy it spins lure so you can paint circles
  17. kbkindle this is the first year that i used seafom additive rather than ring free in my yamaha hpdi engine. some say not to add stabolizer and seafoam that seafom in enough what say you kb does not say in any books but seafom says stabolizer not needed i dont know
  18. kb here i'v heard so many different amounts of seafoam to use in a normal gas fill up ( not to shock the engine) just how many oz. of seafoam to 1gal of gas for a two cycle 200 yamaha hpdi thanks kb.
  19. kbkindle here did not swim a jig till this fall was out one day last week could not get a bite on anything had a jig on and started swiming it and ended up with 3 keeper fish. first time, think i'll do it again kb water temp was 62 deg.
