Ive got an extra dobyns extreme 795 medium/heavy and curious if anyone is throwing or thrown an carolina rig on this rod? I know its a flipping stick but wasn't sure how it would do.

It is one of my favorite catches yet. I always carry the fly rod when they are shallow, its a blast!

Im super pumped to check out one of these boats with the pedestal seats. Might be my next boat by the looks of most tin boats.

Im sticking with SS and thinking about buying an aluminum for the rocky lakes. Im gonna look into some bigger dealers and see, but i think before I do anything I'm gonna mess with my motor height when I can get on the water and see if that helps any before dropping the money on a prop

Do you guys think a 14x23 prop would be better?

Im thinking the 6000+ rpms and over rev light blinking and alarming points me in rev limiter direction. I'm thinking another prop for sure. Ill have to look and see what model prop I have and I'm hitting around 46mph without over revving. Not sure on the exact rpm but I'm in the 6ks. I just checked my spare prop and thats a suzuki stainless 14x22. So I must not have a 21 pitch then i guess.

Hey guys I've got a question on my boat I'm running an 04 Triton 176 magnum with a Suzuki 115 4 stroke with a 3 blade 21p stainless prop. My big thing is I'm hitting rev limiter and having to back off if I keep pushing it. Would a different prop give me more speed and not be so close to redline? Kinda new to this whole outboard and prop situation. Thanks again!

Ive been playing phone tag on a rod warranty through them for over a year. Keep telling me someone will contact me back. Spoke to the manager a few times and he prmises its gonna be taken care of and ill be upgraded to the next level rod for my wait. Well I'm still waiting and don't hold my breath on a phone call. I don't think ill ever see that rod.

I bought a tracker 175 and it was a decent boat, but I sold it and bought a Triton 176 magnum and I can say it blows the tracker out of the water in fit and finish, especially storage. Knowing what i know now I don't think ill ever own another tracker, there is way to many good tin boat builders out there. But if its whats in your price range and only option it will definitely get you out fishing.

Ive been debating on one for my Trition with a 115 on it. the boat does over 50 and I haven't had it in to rough of water yet.

Gonna be putting a Comfortroll in my Triton Thursday. I'm gonna have to cut a brace to, was wondering how it was gonna hold up. Gonna love the Ommegang, brewed in my neck of the woods!
