Whats the purpose for having two of them, is it just to move faster?

Maybe something like those float tube anglers use, a floating mesh cage that you can stick the fish in?

I put a dap of chartreuse on all my jigs and worms that are a lighter color, sometimes even on a black or purple worm. It's also a great color for smallmouth bass, I don't know if they hate it or like it but the main thing is they bite it.

Anymore the only show I watch on Bass Saturday is the re-run of Bassmaster Tour Events, some Charlie Moore, and some Bass Tech. I can't stand Jerry and Jimmy, and Bass Center is informative its usually to late in the afternoon I am already doing something else. Off to the side a little, how about Fox Sports News showing the Everstart Championship over and over and over...its on during the weekday afternoons?

I am not sure about books, but maybe a subscription to Bassmaster, FLW, or Bassin magazine.

I have also noticed how he makes mistakes, one episode he was worried about all the rods on the contestants deck, and then there was just a glimpse of his deck and it was also full of rods laying around. It just goes to show that everyone makes mistakes, especially when your excited. I like the show, there are lots of little tips built into it.

I did similair papers one was on the 4 stroke outboards vrs 2 stroke outboards, fortunately nobody else fished and I could make stuff up and get away with it. Another one I did was about the use of lead, might be easier if you focused on hunting and fishing, just fishing may be hard to make a 3 page paper.

Chris, how far back in the pipe are you saying they would spawn. I thought that the bed needed a good portion of sunlight?

I have had alot of pets including bluegill, perch, catfish, bass, crappie, crawdads, snapping turtle, and frogs. Unfortunately we had a smaller aquarium so when they got 6 inches long it was time to let them go. My favorite was a bluegill that we actually had trained, we tapped the top of the tank everytime we fed him, and he learned when we tapped the tank to head to the surface for food. Unfortunately I cleaned the rocks with purified water and when we put the rocks back in the tank the chemicals from purified water killed him.

JT, I don't think that companies are for sure just what they will be putting there logo and name on. One example is when my fishing partner and I stopped by a chemical plant for my partner to say good bye to his wife the owner walked out and was amazed. He was stunned by the layout of the boat with all the electronics, and then when he noticed our tournament jersey's he couldn't believe how bright and professional they looked. Obviously he was not a tournament angler. I wouldn't necessarily wear the tournament jersey, but just have it along.

Maybe it has something to do with parasites? :-/

Look local for companies that are promoting there business alot through the media, one example could be a cell phone company.

I would try some scents, maybe the fish will hold on longer allowing you to get a better hookset. What action rod are you using, for soft plastics I wouldn't go below a Medium? Also set the hook when the fish bite, they can suck a worm in faster than most think.

I went that direction, bought a kit and got everything I needed.

Jerkbaits, both the hard jerkbaits such as a Rapala X-Rap and soft jerkbaits like a zoom super fluke. Spinnerbaits would be another good option.

There a lots of different things you can do to try and trigger the fish into biting. First or all, you will want some smaller diameter line maybe even fluorocarbon so the fish can't see it as good. Second of all you will want to make far casts, if you see the fish then the fish sees you. Some options for catching the fish would be a wacky rigged senko, they are a slow fished bait but lots of action that sometimes drive the fish nuts. You can try a dropshot this will allow you to shake a worm in front of the fish all day long. Last of all I would try a hard jerkbait and give it quick hard jerks trying to get a reaction strike from the fish.
