I really like the Keitechs, they're amazing baits. For a slightly bigger one, I'm in love with the 5-inch Swimbait from Big Joshy Swimbaits, no affiliation just a friend of mine. They really, really are smoking the bass for me. They always seem to get better than average bites, and I'm developing a lot of confidence in them

And that's the deal breaker, right there. Who would pay 20 more cents for a bag, guess I'm taking my business elsewhere ?

Maybe @Big-O will see this and chime in, he knows what he's doing when designing baits!

Dream would be a Ford Raptor or a new Tundra, reality is gonna be more like a older model, I can't afford to be picky with my budget. Trying to save for college is my priority at the moment.

Cannot freaking wait to get my first truck! It's a dream of mine.

Until I get my truck, I'm at the mercy of my mom's timing for getting picked up, so sometimes I'm ready to call it quits but she can't come for another hour or two. When that happens, I usually tie on a Ned Rig and a Jig, and just go to the deeper areas in the ponds I fish and drag the baits. It's painful but I can almost always get something doing that. I also like to play around with baits I don't usually throw, just for the heck of it.

Almost guarantee you they're carp, I live in nc and every pond I fish has big huge grass carp in it.

I still enjoy the Bassmaster magazines. The article in the last one about Hunter Shyrock's time management was really insightful.
