No problem! You can usually tell by their color and a few other small things but that's the quickest way to know for sure.

Yep, smallmouth. If you close the mouth and the jaw line is in front of the eye... smally. If the jaw line is behind the eye... largemouth and if the eye and the jaw line matchup... it's a spot.

I try to buy things I need to replace like line, maybe some lures etc. Maybe add a new rod and reel to my collection that I need or something other gear. I have too many hobbies so it's hard to nail down one lol

I've used jigs a hand full of times (need to work on that) but black and blue have been my best luck also.

What's your favorite color on whatever bait you want to share? I love Green pumpkin on soft plastics other than the fluke. Prefer smokin shad for it. Spinnnerbait used to be any shad color but due to where I fished this year, firetiger or close was on point.

Spinnerbaits and trickworms killed it for me this year! Caught my biggest on a creature bait. Just happened to start raining and was messing around and tried it and BAM!!

I've read a lot that guys will take the skirt off the buzzbait and just use either a grub or a swimbait type on them. Guess the skirt is too much?

I have guns and ammo stocked with food, water, etc. But this post right here is pretty sad. Instead of taking from others, stockpile it yourself. Sell your $500 Glock and 300lbs of rice. That should last you about a year...ish after cooked. Now, I'm not saying you'd do that (I hope it's not on your mind) but that's not what needs to be on people's mind when SHTF.
