I am hoping to add the shaky head to my list of presentations soon. I've see a lot with worms in this presentation but wondered if craws would be good. Glad this topic was posted!

# Test For Dropshot
I used between 10-12lb fluro. But that's mainly cause that's what I had. Might go lighter soon as I change the line on my reels.

Reunited With Soft Plastics
I haven't got to fish "hardcore" the biggest one (in my default pic) was caught on a soft plastic. I had a decent balance on size using a spinnerbait vs soft plastics. But the numbers came with soft plastics for sure. I think having a boat will really help and probably change that. From what I've ready and watching on youtube (thanks BassResource) you use spinnerbaits, crankbaits etc as search baits. Then switch off to jigs/soft plastics to get the bigger ones and numbers. I could be wrong though.

First Time Baitcasting Questions
Baitcasters will be the death of me. I'll do good for a while but end up screwing up. Nor can I get that "perfect cast" I need sometimes lol. These are good tips though and I'm glad you asked. I might go through and loosen the brakes up some more and maybe that will help.
