  1. My dad lived in Florida for most of his life and told me he had one of these tied on religiously when he did. You might also try a hollow bodied pickle bait like the Yum Money Hound to give the bass a different look than a frog. Especially if your bass mostly eat shad.
  2. Did you catch that on a Pre-Rap Wart? For the OP: As you can already see, you are going to get a ton of different suggestions. Never used them, but the YoZuri 3DB Baits are all 5 bucks on Tackle Warehouse. Can't be any worse than anything else on the market, especially for that price.
  3. Beautiful Fish Mike
  4. This little guy got impaled by my crankbait early this spring!
  5. Noooooo! You mist wait! Patience young grasshopper
  6. I think some guys do like a more flex in a flipping rod. Not sure if a moderate is comparable to a parabolic though.
  7. Somewhere I saw the Excellerson sale, not a bad deal when on sale.
  8. Can't you keep it!!
  9. I feel like of I am organized I can make the most out of my time on the water rather than fumbling around looking for stuff.
  10. Do you use SDJ for all lines?
  11. The Lucky Frog looks like a fly. Looks like they are made for snakehead.
  12. If I gain confidence in my jig fishing ability, then my jig collection will grow to be as large as others. I could show you my Squarebill box?
  13. I also check my guides for abrasiveness in the winter with a qtip.
  14. Furniture polish. Or if you really want you can use a Cleaner Carnuaba. Seems like overboard to me though.
  15. American legacy fishing did have all their Lew's on sale. Could get a a higher tier reel for the cost of the MSRP of the tier below it
  16. What's the durability like on the Frogg Toggs? Just curious, as I've heard mixed reviews. My dad is thinking of buying one for himself.
  17. BBB Cane Thumper in white. Or sexy shad.

  19. Nice! I'm fairly certain that sound travels better in water if I am not mistake, correct? I believe its just that our ears are not optimized for water.
  20. I just spend money when I get free shipping. I don't expect, but I do like it. I do in fact understand all the shipping cost, I am currently taking a course in marketing and the current topic is logistics. We talked about the robots that now make pick working in warehouses more efficient. But I just don't care to pay for shipping. I'd prefer to get more product for my dollar. I don't think that is unreasonable for a consumer to want. Vote with your dollars. Don't buy from where there is not free shipping. Then maybe the Big Box Boys will be persuaded to offer free shipping all the time on dollar amount X.
  21. I'm more of a fan of the '71 Challenger. http://gatewayclassiccars.com/detroit/1971/dodge/challenger-S385.html
  22. You could always try a Calcutta! Not that it matters either way. To me, use what you like. I like the way Lew's feels in my hand so that's what I use.
  23. Lew's come from South Korea. They've been pretty reliable in manufacturing the last few years.
