Honestly, I didn't see anything I really loved during the 25 days sale except Seagaur Lines... That's about it... But I prefer to buy them fresh in store right before I start fishing.

There has been sporadic sales here and there, and they vary by location, and I've heard about the BPS PQ deal, and that the Spring Classic is Febuary 6th for one week... Honestly, if you are looking for a few deals, Gander Mt may be a good place to look. Rarely do they have clearance buy, they had Ardent's (The Apex Series) Marked down by $20 plus 10% off. They also had the Tatula marked down to $117. I went in store and felt it up. It's a litle big, in terms of size of the frame, its not the heaviest or lightest reel ever, but it feels extremely smooth and solid. It feels of quality construction, and the reeling is smooth, with little to no handle backplay. If I was in the market for a new reel, that's the route I would go.

Depends on use. If you are skipping than a centrifugal brake may not be the best choice. Other than that, by all means go for it!

I'm looking to do this on my kayak, and while they are not exactly the same, I'm sure I could use any info you have to help. 2)How did you put the music in the background? Say, what was that second song? I really enjoyed it.

Not as I can see! Water temp is extremely important, just a few degrees can make or break your day this time of year. Rocks on Northwesternly banks can be money this time of year.

Has the basics of any reel in its price range. If its your personal preference, and you find it special, then go for it.. Bit its not really special compared to other reels in the $200 range.

I broke one a few years back boat flipping a fish.. I don't flip fish up anymore, but lip then while they are in the water.

Rods still regular price. They had nothing, except for a single Clown EE2 Jerkbait for $4 and Pumpkin Ed2 jig heads for $1.50. All but given up on DSG. They didn't even have any tungsten weights..
