  1. sometimes ill use it like a frog on top of the water over mats or grass, ill throw it on the edge of grass with a weighted hook let it sink and slow roll it, and i love using them when theres schooling bass
  2. id go with some lipless cranks, chatterbaits, spinnerbaits, suspending jerkbaits, and my favorite a jig, for colors i like to go with a bluegill or crappie color when the waters clear and black/blue if its stained goodluck!
  3. when i don't plan on bringing a lot, ill fill up 3-4 3601 boxes because if you put plastics in it you can only fit 4-6 of each which helps you cut down but something that might help is the water color, if you know the waters gonna be clear go with natural colors (summer craw, green pumpkin) and if its muddy go with your black/blue and junebug that can help you narrow down how much you bring

  7. If you buy a reel from amazon, will it still be under warranty from the company or no?

  9. anyone ever use the falcon Bucoo casting rods? i have a spinning one that i love and its really sensitive but i never even picked up a casting one before

    the bassmaster live is amazing! its great to see how they pick apart an area and just catch fish after fish

  14. lol its not that bad there, I've been going there my whole life and the fishing there is just like every other place, some days it can be amazing but others you might be lucky to catch one, and its pretty pressured too i still fish public lakes but at penn warner the biggest caught there was over 8lbs so sometimes i do choose to go there over some places
  15. but pickerel cost me way more money with their teeth than the snakeheads

  17. between me and my girlfriend we've caught 4 at FDR park but at penn warner I've caught 2 and I've seen one about 30 inches
  18. i live in south philly not that far from the stadiums so i fish FDR park, for creeks that i fish is the wissahickon creek for smallies, I'm a member at penn warner club in bucks county so thats were i usually spend my summers lol and for jersey i fish newton lake, and haddon lake, haddon isn't far from blackwood idk if you can bring a kayak there its maybe 5 acres but I've seen 5-6 pounders there and heard of people catching 7lbers there too its mostly punching pads but its a great place to fish

  20. what pond and creek did you fish? and i just went out today (didn't bring a rod) because my girlfriend had an itchy finger and thought she could catch something but i won that argument in 15 minutes lol
