Best Way To Dispose Of Carcasses After Filleting Fish?
I just let the coons and maggots have them in the woods near by house. The carcass is gone after a day.

Bank Fishing At Park Lakes
Town lakes are seriously overfished. The fish there are "educated." Try moving to a more secluded lake.

Maryland's Who's who!
Savage? As in Laurel? I lived there before I moved. Fished the Patuxent, but no snakeheads. Guess that's good.

Maryland's Who's who!
The Choptank is nice. You catch a lot of croaker there, and put them into the ice to cook.

Cheap Inflatable Kayak
Does anyone think inflatable kayaks, like the Intex Two Person Challenger K2 Inflatable Kayak, are good for fishing? Or are those inflatable rafts better? I am going on a pond without any currents.

Anyone here catch a snakehead before in MD? I fished all over the state, yet never even seen one.

School Club
Since the school club was allowed by the school, I will be recruiting members before the school year. Since the whole school does Boy Scouts, and all Boy Scouts fish, I think I will be to the brim with recruitment. However, do any of you know the hierarchy in fishing clubs? Are their any other roles other than president and vice president.

Creme Mini Tail
Hey guys! I just got these cheap Creme mini tails from Walmart. 99 cents for a bunch. I usually use plastic worms but since I read about good tube baits are, i decided to give these a try. When I tested one out in my kiddie pool, the tentacles did not come loose and instead bunched up. Is this normal? Is this a good lure?

Would You Buy It?
To be frank, my room smells like fish either way. I salt cure minnows and shrimp, and dry dozens in my room. There is a big vat of fish floating in brine, which adds to the smell. Nothing compares to a salted fish for bullheads.

Shark Topwater Strikes
Man! When I was in North Carolina I caught some shark that looked like a baby nurse shark on soft plastics but that's nothing compared to that!

Light Line -- Mono Or Fluoro?
I use very light spinning reels and braid takes away all the twist and does not stretch. I still use a mono leader, though.

Maryland's Who's who!
I am from Howard County, Maryland, and mainly fish Wilde Lake and Lake Elkhorn.

School Club
I have always had a halo of friends near me that like to fish. We would get our parents to drive to Lake Elkhorn or somewhere else in Howard County and fish for the whole day. Always loved it. But the idea of starting a small club of a manageable size hit me. We wouldn't go to do really hardcore tournaments up in Baltimore, but do local tournaments. I currently got 7 members from my middle school, and if I really advertise around the school, I could get more. As for experience, I am in a real fix. On one hand, I got me and another kid, who I say are quite experienced and been at the top of a few small derbies, a kid in the middle in the terms of experience, and a bunch of kids that can't even around getting a worm on the hook and make me do it. My teachers and peers say that I am really patient, but when it comes to idiots that tip over kayaks just because of a small spider really ticks me off. I am thinking of closing the gap for such people. I know some more experienced people in my school, but again, aren't clubs meant introduce people to fishing? If I don't invite those with no experience, how would the hobby grow? But again, I am not going to ruin it for those that are capable. Any advice?

Hey From Maryland!
Thanks everyone for the replies! I have hopping been forums for the past year. Now that I see this Bass Resource, there is little wonder why everyone ditches their old forum to join this one.
