Creating A Confidence Kit
Drop shot roboworm Senkos Trickworms Jig (skirted, football or a casting style head) If you can't get bit with one of those then you're really in trouble.

Old Powell Max Vs Dobyns Fury 735C
I haven't fished the fury so can't say, just was curious why not compare it to the Powell inferno?

How Many Pitches/flips Do You Do In An Hour
One bite one big fish day?? Oh nooo you can catch tons of fish this way. Like others said pitch to high percentage spots. I've pulled up and pitched one dock/boat lift and pulled 5 fish out of it during a tournament. One of the fish even won me big fish for the day. You can go along a stretch and really light em up and once you get the pitch down and how to do it accuratly and quick it can be a very fun and relaxing method. Before you got good at a roll cast I'm sure it seemed like work!

Sunline Or Seaguar
I use abrazX for everything unless its finesse. For finesse I switch over to sun line sniper.

Huge Smallmouth - Not Caught By Me.
So it was taken to an official scale? Not released it sounds like?

Flouro
I'm not too worried about the UV damage more so the fact that its sitting on my spools for 7 months without any use and the memory is going to be bad.

How Many Pitches/flips Do You Do In An Hour
You're right on! Like stated above, I pitch it and let it fall till the bottom. Yo yo it quick twice then burn it back and pitch a little bit over and repeat.

Flouro
Might give it a shot on a couple reels. Thanks for the input guys.

Flouro
On almost all my baitcasters I run abrazX and fish for maybe 5-6 months a year. Do you notice a ton of line twist?
-
Flouro
I'm just curious if anybody fishes Two years on the same line. I am pretty good with always respooling my reels in the spring but I'm getting all my gear ready for winter (normally strip all the line off) but I just hate throwing away $200 worth of line. I tried to fish two years on flouro on a spinning reel and hated it but does the spool on a baitcaster make it any better?

Bass Mount
Its so hard to say. I think if its a "trophy" fish for the area release it and get a replica but if you just want a nice 5lb bass mount get the actual mount. I hate keeping a bass but they look a lot better IMHO.

Bass Mount
I would say in MN try for a largemouth in the 6-7lb range and probably the same for smallmouth. We have so many big smallies here and if you look hard enough there are 6-7lbers. I have one bass mounted and it is a 22 1/2" largemouth. Weighed in the 6-7lb range. I might get a smallies mounted soon out of mille lacs. Just not quiet sure on how big I want to shoot for.

Minnesota Lakes Fishing Report.
Well my boats in storage so it meant its time to go chase steelhead and man was it a tough day! Finally 30mins before sundown (2 miles away from where I was parked) I hooked into one. Landed the monster after it made so many big runs. That was my biggest steelhead to date somewhere right around 27" on the fly rod. There is nothing that even comes close to fighting like those things do. Did anybody get out fishin this weekend?

Minnesota Lakes Fishing Report.
That's what I was tellin you punch! I could go on a huge rant about that stuff. They sprayed pretty much every metro lake. White bear still has some good milfoil but I'm sure it'll be gone quick.

Fishing 20'/25'/ 30' Deep With Crankbaits.
Just like walleye guys do. Just throw the big weight on there and put a shallow diver behind it.

Co-Angler Using Electronics
I leave mine on and explain as best as I can the area but so many times I'll look back and he's just casting in random directions no clue what's goin on on the graph. I'll try to point them to the general area to cast too but a boater can only go so far with helping. If it was a long tournament where batteries might be am issue I don't see a huge problem of shutting it down.

October In Minnesota - Nirvana!!
Lucky! I put my boat away last weekend and already miss chasing some footballs at mille lacs.

I saw a few and even caught one in a couple tournaments but numbers are definitely down. That's a nice smallies for the metro! I've never targeted them there just catch them on accident while drop shotting for largemouth.

Best bet would be white bear. Some big ones in there too! Ive only caught a few out of there but I know other people who do fairly well out there

Lefty Or Righty?
I keep it simple. Always reel with my left hand. I don't get why people would ever want to cast then switch hands to reel, or why they want to work the bait with their non dominate hand... Just my 2 cents
