Anyone ever used any of these? I ran across a clearance sale at a nearby mom and pop shop bought 20 packs for $1 apiece. Haven't gotten to try them out yet.

Damiki airfrog rigging
Hate to hear that but luckily I only bought one pack to try out unlike the 4or 5 packs I usually buy when trying something out . You know just in case it's the best lure ever and I want to make sure I have extra. Thanks

Damiki airfrog rigging
Ok so I bought a pack of these awhile back and misplaced them until recently. I had forgotten thick these things appear to be. So what hook are you guys using for the best swimming action / hookup ratio ?

Fishing Backpack
I have tried various backpacks over the last 2 years, the first being the academy pack which is ok other than the velcro in the upper compartment( it can hold a lot of gear and get heavy quick) the next was a browning pack from bps (the blue one) which I like better than the academy brand it's currently my co angler boat bag. The next is the Abu sling pack which works good for bank fishing requiring less gear. I then bought the spider wire sling pack which I like better for my bank fishing and pond hopping it just feels better made to me. I also have an orvis sling pack for my fly gear which would make a good bank bag as well but is more expensive than the others

I'm a DT fan and I also catch a lot on bandits. I bought a few of the new Berkleys but I haven't been very impressed yet, but I haven't given up yet

Poll
There are a lot of companies that just put their name on someone's else's product. BPS, Browning to name two off the top of my head. I have a gloomis fly reel. But I know gloomis didn't make it

Do craw colors really matter?
Watermelon red is the most consistent fish catching color for me on river systems but it's a toss up on most of the lakes I fish

Favorite Color KVD Squarebill
Chartreuse perch, and the real shad color are my favorites. I repainted every sexy shad colored bait I had 2 years ago due to horrible catch rates so I can't recommend it

What kinda lure should i use in my pond? not having any luck.
3" weightless senkos and rebel crickethoppers, also swimn fluke jrs. Gy shad shaped works weightless. I've always had luck with a cricket type bait in ponds weather it be fly fishing or conventional tackle.

Keitech Crazy Flapper
Good to hear. I picked up 2 packs of them awhile back but haven't had the chance to try them out

Schooled by a Red Crankbait...
I reserve red cranks for early spring and stained water, usually throw a shad pattern the rest of the time. That being said I really have a hard time making myself use firetiger colored baits but people catch fish on them every day so what do I know
