  7. id say shimano as well, just so u know shimano is upgrading their reels as far as the stradic sustain and stella i know thats more then u want to spend but had to let u know

  11. yea about 1 month ago i bought a stradic mg 2500 just sold it cause i want that new sustain ;D, i cant wait to see and feel this reel
  12. i always use a leader about 18'' long i use 20 lbs floro
  13. personaly u cant go wrong with shimano, i use the stradic, bro uses the symetre my uncle uses the sahara and my cuz uses the sedona either way u cant go wrong and we all beat the heck out of these reels just depends on how much u want yo spend ;D, the only diffence u may feel between them all is smothness but their all made with quialty
  14. i will be using the g loomis cbr 845 with the new shimano mg7 still waiting for this reel to come in,spooled with 12 lbs of yo zuri ultra soft ;D
  15. i use the sradic,my brother uses the symetre,my uncle uses the sahara and my cuz uses the sedona all 4 reels never gave us an issue and we beat the heck out of these reels,buy whichever one u can afford ;D

I use suffix #20 its 6 pound mono works awsome on spinning tackle but be sure to use 15 poound floro leader i use 18'' leader. on my baitcasters i use #50 has 10 pound mono for that i use 20 to 25 pound floro leader. This is how i would rate theses braids iv used in the past #1 suffix ;D #2 p line spectra # power pro

  18. i cant tell u how many shimano reels iv bought from cabelas never had 1 problem, i do feel bad but i wouldnt give up on shimano, very weird u got 3 bad ones :
  19. Thanks reel mech i got my chronarch 100b back and the reel is smoother then ever and its nice and cleaned up ;D,. To anyone who needs your reels serviced i would highly recommend reel mechanic
  20. id go to a local tackle shop and try the different shimano reels out u may like one better then the other, but make sure u buy yourself a shimano ;D
  21. if u like power pro try sufix braid 50 pound youll like it better ;D, casts better imo
  22. like said before use about 30 yrds of mono backing and use 50 pound braid, tho power pro is good sufix is even better iv tried both and sufix is the way to go ;D
