  1. http://www.***.com/descpageSWMJRAGO-JRTB.html 300 dollar swimbait?? And its out of stock?? Lol, imagine losing that one in a tree .
  2. Im thinking its a Jig, cause it can be difficult to detect hits, and its not easy (atleast for me), to have the patience needed to just let it sit a sec.... longer...
  3. Most Productive: 4-5 Inch Senko, 5inch GYCB Kut-tail, or a GYCB Fat Ika. Favorite: Jigs or any type of Topwater.
  4. If they pass this law I'll be locked up cause theres no way in hell im going to stop fishing you can bet your bottom dollar on that. So catch me if you can coppers!!!!!!!!
  5. How do your store your jigs, because Ive been keeping mine in a small plano without any dividers in it, just all bunched together, and Ive noticed a minor bit of rust. How do you store yours where they won't rust?
  6. Since I just started using Jigs lately (with great success might I add ;D) I just wanted to get a good idea of some well known/well producing jig trailers so I can keep an eye out and pick up a few when I see em. Another thing I wanted to ask is, is there a difference between pork trailers and plastic trailers? Or they about the same? Cause I been using plastic ones lately, but Ive never tryed the pork.
  7. White or White/chartruese Spinnerbaits, Fat Ika either in Black/blue flk, or Greenpumpkin/blk flk, Booyah Baby Boo Jig watermelon red w/ greenpumpkin zoom super chunk trailer or yum green pumpkin chunk trailer, Booyah Baby Boo Jig Black/blue with either black/blue flk zoom super chunk trailer, or black/blue sabertail bug trailer, Booyah Baby Boo Jig in white shad with a single tail white grub as trailer jigged a wee bit quicker then normal, and the senkos 4-5 inch have still been working also, the color doesnt seem to make a difference for them.
  8. Hey im looking for a spray scent that will not dye the color of Jig skirts or softbaits and is not sticky either. Is there a spray scent out there that matches this description? Im basiclly going to use it to spray on jigs/softbaits.
  9. I just started trying trailer baits with spinnerbaits, and its been working well. The trailer Ive been using so far is a Zoom White Swim Chunk Trailer. Which are some other good trailers that work well on spinnerbaits?
  10. Hah I thought you could lip them though? No?
  11. I was throwing a White/Chartreuse Booyah Spinnerbait with a Zoom White Swim Chunk trailer today, and I managed to catch 4 little bass, biggest was probably 13inches. Then as I walked down the lake making casts here and there I hooked into something that was putting up a hell of a fight. At first I thought it was a real nice bass, then it started taking out drag, and runnin, stopping coming in a little, and running with drag again. This time I got a little look at it, and seen it had a yellowish type of color to it. So im like what the hell :-?? I finally get it in after a good 5min battle, and its a 22inch channel cat lol. Never thought I'd catch a channel cat on a bass spinner, especially a good size one. Anyway I then tryed lipping it because from what I thought I heard people say they lip them like a bass. So when I lipped it, it clamped down on my thumb like a friggin vice grip, hurt like a sob so I pulled my thumb out. Then I thought maybe I didn't grab him right, so I try again and BAM he friggin clamps down on my thumb again making me pull it out again, this time drawing a little blood hah. So I guess your not suppose to lip them? Anyway I probably wont try it again .
  12. The Gulp Shaky Worm looks good too, any of you try it?
  13. I use those small type jigs for flipping and they work fine for me. For example alot of the time I use a size 3/16 Booyah Baby Boo jig with a whole sabertail bug as the trailer, works great for me. I also do pretty well with the small Yum chunk trailers on 1/4 oz bitsy bugs.
  14. I plan on buying some more jigs soon so I just wanted to know what everyone's favorite jigs are for flipping.
  15. Anyone use any soft plastics that aren't really intended for jigs as trailers? I heard somewhere that a brush hog makes a good jig trailer.
  16. I have heard alot about Sweet Beavers here and there and I do own a few packs, but I rarely do anything too good with them. So I just wanted to know when do you choose to use a Sweet Beaver and how do you fish it/rig it? There has to be a secret way of fishing this lure or else it wouldn't have so much publicity and so many knock offs. Let me in on the secret will ya?
  17. I do good with alot of artificial worms but Ill list some of my most used. I do great with the 4inch powerworm (redshad, camo, pumpkinseed) I do good with 4inch/5inch senkos (cinnamon brown, greenpumpkin, black, watermelon seed, watermelon red flk) I do good with the Fat Ika *more like a grub then a worm*(Black w/blue flk, greenpumpkin, watermelon fade, pumpkinseed w/green flk) I do good with a 4inch-5inch Yamamoto Kut-tail (Cinnamon Brown, Greenpumkin) I do good with the YUM Dinger (Watermelon w/gold flk, Carolina Pumpkinseed) And I also do good with the YUM Wooly Hawgtail *creature bait*(Greenpumpkin) Thats just to name a few.
  18. I usually go to Tacklewearhouse.com but im looking for Booyah Baby Boo Jigs, and they dont have them listed. I tryed Cabelas, and they dont have them listed either. Bassproshop had them, but they didn't have the 2nd jig I was looking for lol... which is the Tru-Tungsten Jig. So do you guys know any other sites I can try that might have Booyah Baby Boo and Tru-Tungsten jigs? Ps. Sry if this is posted in the wrong section wasn't too sure where this question falls in
  19. Also whats the difference between a finesse jig and the regular jig-an-pig? Because from what I read the Bitsy Bug seems to be everyones favorite "finesse jig" Can I just rig the Bitsy Bug with a chunk trailer like Ive been doing with the Baby Boo Jigs? And fish it the same way?
  20. I tryed the Black/blue Booyah Baby Boo jig today with a yum chunk blue fleck trailer, and caught myself a 4lber. Man im lovin these jigs, I just bought myself a bunch of new ones, including some strikeking bitsy bug jigs (which I have yet to try).
  21. In my opinion the only "colors" that the bass has trouble seeing beneath the water is clear, and light green. (light green I believe they see either as weeds, or it blends in to the greenish water at times)
  22. 4inch Cinnamon Senko is probably one of my best producers so I'd go with that.
  23. I fish from banks 99% of the time, and I wear a vest to carry my tackle/baits around with me. A vest can fit a ton of gear, none of you guys like vests?
  24. I like megastrike because its easy to apply, and its not messy at all. If you didn't know already, its almost like a patroleum jelly that has a garlicy smell to it heh. I don't apply it to my skirts though, it seems to make them stick together, and pick up dirt/change a darker color for me. So I only add it to soft plastic baits.
  25. Ill have to try it hah, black or black/blue trailer with it im guessing.
