I am reading another book and there is a picture of the N.E. side of lake "x" several degrees warmer....this makes sense to me. Then on the next page the author is saying to fish the NW sides, which doesn't make sense. So am I to assume the editor didn't catch this during editing? The book if anyone has it, is John Weiss' The Bass Anglers Almanac....great book btw.

Hey J, what are the spec's on the boat. (beam, transom height etc) Did it feel stable to you? The 50lb thrust scooted you along pretty good? ETC

We fish when it's cold too even in the south.... I say get out there and start fishing. I've been fishing since Jan. in some COLD days.

Just don't overdo anything either avid. I love to fish too, but screwing your elbow up is not a good idea.
