  1. Wow, great idea! I never thought of that!
  2. Go here for your answer: http://www.bassresource.com/bass_fishing_forums/YaBB.pl?num=1199222869/all I posted about this a little bit ago when it wasnt yet official. Gosh I wish I could move one state over now!!
  3. Although I agree with the second part of your statement, I strongly disagree with the first part. If you qualify to fish the biggest event in bass fishing, and are a part of all of the publicity that comes with it, it is going to appeal BIG TIME to sponsors or potential sponsors.
  4. I actually never had this dream until someone was talking about the dream on this forum...What happens is, I'm walking around a small lake (or pond) far from my house and I see this 15 pounder on a bed...When I go to cast, I have no line on my reel!!!! It's terrible!!
  5. 4 o'clock eastern...or 3 o'clock central.
  6. how about that 10 pounder!!??
  7. :-? I'll wear a t-shirt year round...espically when it in the 70's.
  8. I need to invest in some split ring pliers. I do ALL of mine by hand, and it's a real "pain."

  10. hmm. Never herd of it. I'll try to find some info.

  12. Jigs. Becuase you can use it all year round, and can catch fish all year roud.
  13. No actually I went on Friday afternoon before most folks got off work. THe store was well staffed and well stocked but not crowded at all. It looked about like a typical saturday. I got my select items and got out. There was only one person ahead of me in the checkout line. I can't imagine what that place was like on saturday. Yeah me too. A bunch of stuff was gone friday night. So either they restocked A LOT of items, or people were out of luck. Me too ba7ss3in...he's got an endless amount of information packed in that head.
  14. Oh no, I'm not saying that at all. In fact, this classic was probably one of the best ones I have seen. I really like it when it comes down to the wire....but I'm pretty sure if there was a summer classic on Table Rock, it would be a lot tougher.
  15. I have a similar story... I was fishing with a big blk/blu spinnerbait, and on the cast, the line snapped about 5 inches above the lure (have no idea why)...The very next day, I was fishing in the same spot with a crankbait, and hooked the spinnerbait. I was pretty stoked because that was one of my fav. spinnerbaits.
  16. If they had it in the summer, I would want to see them have it on a really tough lake...like Table Rock. It would be cool to see the how the pro's react in such tough conditions.
  17. Ive been using Yo-Zuri Hybrid all last year and all this year. RW got me hooked on it. I really dont know the exact reason why this brand, but it's good stuff at a great price.
  18. It was held Feb. 22nd -24th
  19. lol yeah it was Bass Pro. Hawghead: were you at the one in St. Charles? It was PACKED earlier today at like 3. We went by it, and there was a massive line, so we just waited a couple hours.
  20. Yep. Smell of an outboard at 5 am.
  21. I did get to meet one of my favorite pro's today. Denny Brauer. He is one of the nicest guys I've met. Class act. What pro's did you guys meet?
