  2. I had a custom rod built on a sc5 blank ran me about 280 shipped to my door and I put a core on there that the guy balanced the rod to. It's my go to
  3. If you're interested in the t wing system , cable as partnered with daiwa and offer a cabelas reel with the system. Looked like it's worth a try

  5. I fish crystal clear lakes so I use natural colors watermelon candy red , black neon , bama craw , blue grass ...also loaded up on biospawn vile craw haven't fished them much used them last year at the end and really liked them got them in 5 different colors

  9. Everyone seems to go with boca bearing orange seal ceramics so I just bought some to put on my metanium reels to hopefully like the reel more if not I might have to venture into daiwa

  11. The bass on my home lake love the spook jr and these anise flavor worms made by Kelly, the hooks on them suck but they work very well on that lake when the bite is tough
  12. I'm a CNC. Machinist / programmer for a career , I think solidworks is the best when it comes to cad software but a cheap alternative is fusion 360 ...bought a year subscription for $200 on Black Friday and the software also has cam built into it

  16. Can someone tell me the difference between the revo mgxtreme on the Japanese websites that goes for around $260.00 and the revo mgxtreme2 that is $500.00 at bps and other sporting stores
  17. im a machinist/programmer we make molds from time to time but its pretty d**n expensive for shop rate up here in Massachusetts but im sure if you go to a local machine shop and tell them what youre looking for they will give you a quote. Material of mold is a cost factor depending on its machinability as well.
  18. You can do molds if You like ..luckily for me I'm a machinist so I buy tungsten rod Rod and make 20 or so at a time of the kind and weight I want

Looking to keep it under 400 ...was thinking of getting an nrx or a high end rod but I'm being persuaded to go custom or build it myself but kind of hesitant on doing it myself as it would cost a few hundred just for the building equipment Sent you another email not sure if your busy or just didn't get it
  21. I own a dobyn champion rod and im not very impressed with it...its not a bad rod but it lacks the sensitivity.
