  1. Sounds like a special lady you have there. Especially if she's put up with you for this long.
  2. Ho. Chi. Minh. Amigo, how you be?
  3. My comment was innocent.
  4. You knuckleheads really know how to take this to the next level.
  5. Now that would be a bad day.
  6. A heartfelt congratulations. What you do is both honorable and commendable. Being recognized for your work by your own colleagues is no easy feat!
  7. Great work! One my projects this coming year will be to build a nice storage area for my fishing tackle down by the boat in the horse stables. I currently have most of my stuff in the mud room.
  8. Now I'm hungry. Thanks.
  9. Very cool. I'm no chef but my wife loves to cook. We're fortunate enough to live on the central coast in CA, so have an abundant amount of really nice restaurants as well as Michelin rated places close by. We've tried just about all of them. If I may ask what was your specialty?
  10. Best is subjective. I'm a Ranger boat guy. Going on my third boat now. Amazing boat and all, but what I really wanted was a Sterling. Due to the fact that there are zero Sterling dealers in CA, and that Ranger is an hour drive, I'm going to stick with Ranger primarily for the service. Make that your priority.
  11. Back in 2000 I was out fishing one of the lakes in the valley close to Modesto, CA. Spotted bass lake. We were fishing close to shore and out of the corner of my eye I see two small cats. Baby mountain lions! Never saw momma but somewhere I have a picture of that encounter.
  12. That looks great Glenn. There's a very good French dip place close to the office. Then of course there's Philipe's in Los Angeles when we're in town. Home of the original French dip.
  13. French dip tonight.
  14. This morning having coffee with my wife in our breakfast nook we were discussing the fact that a couple years ago while sitting in the same spot, a very large bird flew over the house that looked like a vulture but had distinctive white markings under its wings. After looking it up we realized that what we had spotted was a California condor. Also down in Brazil during our fishing trip in '07, we spotted a black panther 20 ft from the boat swimming across the small river we were fishing on. Any rare animal sightings to report? And no, spotting Raider at the Chinese restaurant does not count.
  15. I like cougars.
  16. Now I'm craving Pizza. halochef, Considering your comment and screen name, where do you work? Just curious.
  17. And here I was thinking this thread was about hot babes.
  18. Hopefully no one was hurt. That's a standard repair for a reputable glass shop. Besides, it's a boat. They tend to get roughed up a bit. Maybe not to that extreme, but most definitely repairable.
  19. I've always wanted to have a big tank but time and other hobbies never allowed for it.
  20. My dad or my wife. The occasional friend that comes to visit. That's about it.
  21. My wife is an accountant so taxes are covered. Boat is still in storage due to too much work. My doctor better buy me dinner before my first colonoscopy.
