I agree, I've used different brands but these seem to work best for me.

Favorite has to be anything top water they are hitting most productive is senko

The fluke has been my go to lure during the summer. I mainly throw it during the middle of the day around docks. If they are not hitting one color I will change until I find a color. So maybe just change colors.

If they are hitting topwater, I'll go anytime of the day or night. You can't beat a topwater bite.

Rooster tails are usually what I throw for them, but mainly fish for whites in the fall.

Like stated above, each have advantages and disadvantages, you just have to decide what will work best for you. I have a kayak and a boat. I use both of them and wouldn't trade either one. When I bought my boat I wasn't and still am not worried about resale. I'm not selling it, I'm using it. So choose what you think will work and enjoy it.
