  1. FEMA has been notified
  2. Windshield was frozen this morning, I was wondering why my hands were so cold fishing last night. The SMB are about to go hog wild
  3. It’s a terrible idea for many reasons! One of which a raccoon can stand there and rip the soffit apart as opposed to hanging upside and doing it (which they can do but why make it easier) the same thing happens when people tuck an awning under a soffit, the coon can just relax while tearing up jack and letting themselves into a warm insulated attic haha
  4. Not many farms to fish here, we get our corn from a jar
  5. Got a skipjack along the work route so I set up some public dock catfish bait in the evening. Lost one and got one, a nice blue cat that was making funny noises
  6. All the way to the bottom…….. I’ve caught them vertically at almost any depth but if it’s cold, deep is good. Caught some vertical damiki fishing in 9 foot last summer
  7. Yea but they’ve stayed the same size all this time
  8. Raccoon tearing out soffits and a skunk that tangled with a golden doodle
  9. ^thats the good stuff
  10. They’ve only had tourneys for 50 years and the fish keep getting bigger
  11. It’s not really that important to me, especially on a skunk trapping salary
  12. I could fry it before thanksgiving
  13. The latest catch pics thread is probably the most popular part of these forums, people like fish pics. Even ones from other people
  14. I think you owe your wife an apology…… 😂
  15. We have great musky fishing but I kind of hope I never get one, the musky police put a posh Southern California HOA to shame
  16. I’ve never had a scale that worked more than about twice, no dry storage on any of my vessels. I can’t be constantly ruining something that costs more than my rods/reels
  17. @Bluebasser86, I don’t know how you tourney guys do it, those fish absolutely WILL NOT keep their mouth closed long enough for a photo
  18. They don’t have a propeller to they steer a little loose and slide across the surface. Trailering them with the wind blowing can be tricky
  19. What about the sunfish? Haha
  20. @AlabamaSpothunter, tried the ole spring scale but it was shot, def his biggest SMB. Kind of looked meanmouthish to me but we did let it chill in the livewell for 6-8 minutes while getting the measuring tape and phone ready and wetting the floor of the boat . It got much more tiger striped after that
  21. well I had from about 3:30-5:45 free time, my buddy said he was down to fish a short spell Got nothing but redbreast sunfish nibbling worm tails off so I caught a few on ultra light to teach them a lesson. Then my buddy sets the hook and the line starts ripping, line that came on the reel he bought on Facebook marketplace 😂 . Here’s how it sounded Turns out that was a 23” smallmouth !! On a Texas rig finesse worm After some pics and measurements, it was returned to the deep Had about ten minutes left and my buddy gave me one of his worms and I put it on a jighead, got an 18.5” and the sunfish were cool
